I bought 3 of these mattresses for my kids. We moved into a new house and I decided to throw away their old mattresses and buy new ones. They came rolled up in a box. We opened up the box and let the mattresses sit out un-rolled all day, then put them on the beds. They expanded enough that that were comfortable enough to sleep on that night. Two days later they are fully expanded. There were no problems during that time and the kids slept on them each night. These mattresses are great quality and worth every penny.

I can successfully say that I now know what Patrick Star’s sand/rock mattress feels like.
I don’t like a super soft bed, but I don’t what it to feel like I’m sleeping on the floor.
This bed feels like you’re sleeping on the floor 😑.
It has no smell after letting it air out for a day. I’ve only had it for a few days now, but the fit on the bedframe is nice. I don’t have a ruler to measure the expansion capacity but it looks around 10in-12in. Idk how the durability is gonna go since it’s fully foam, but it’s definitely something you want a mattress protector for in case of any spills.
After a roll over accident a 3 days ago, I was hoping my first night in my new apt on my new bed was going to feel awesome. I didn’t feel any pain relief.
I’m giving this 4 stars because it definitely has a quality feel. Maybe it’s something you have to break in or get used to but for a blind buy and the payment installment options I am still somewhat satisfied with this purchase. If you like a very firm bed, go for it.

I have slept on a waterbed for over 40 years. Recently I was replacing the flooring in my house and when it came time to do my bedroom I had to take the waterbed down. Not wanting to set it up again for a week I decided to buy this twin mattress as a temporary bed. I looked at several and eventually decided the ZINUS 12 Inch Cooling Comfort Hybrid Mattress was the one I wanted. I had already narrowed my search to hybrid mattresses and when I came across the Zinus brand I made my final choice. The company’s products had high ratings on a totally different website. I am very glad I found this company. My mattress is exactly what I wanted. It has the right blend of firmness and softness for me. It’s really kinda cool when you first open it up and it starts popping and crackling and then soon after that you have a mattress. They say it can be used immediately but I let mine sit for four days. By then it had expanded to the full 12 inches. I have slept on for almost two weeks and I am happy with it. I like the concept of the hybrid mattress and in my opinion this is a good one.

I needed a new mattress because I was having back soreness when waking up and my previous mattress was a little too thin for me. Very simple to set up, just removed the plastic outer packaging and let it inflate for a day. Good amount of firmness and I don’t wake up with my back sore anymore which is why I bought it!
The mattress doesn’t sink too much and it has some memory foam properties but still maintains its firmness and durability well. Didn’t smell like anything out of the packaging. Fits very well on my bed frame and is the indicated size.
Don’t really feel like there’s a clear cooling effect on hot summer nights, but you can’t beat the price so overall I’m very satisfied. I’ve bought other mattresses in the past from the brand and find them to be relatively reliable.

I ordered a 12″ mattress for both of my kids on the same day in the same order and funny enough they were shipped from two different companies but they both showed up on the same day none the less and they were packaged well. They both inflated very quickly and they are nice and soft the kids are loving them. I had a quick lay down on them and they are super comfy. They don’t even have a funny smell. We are very happy with our purchase.

After around 5 months of use, I’m feeling like my side of the mattress has gone a bit softer. I’m 210 lbs. But I can’t make any difference when I’m not on the bed, meaning the loss in firmness is negligible. The mattress inflated in couple of hours and we used it after 5-6 hrs. It matched my bed which is King size. It’s much better than my old mattress and I guess that makes me happy. Would be more happy if it’s the same after a year or two and would update review.
