This bed is great, it’s like sleeping on the world’s strongest cloud. There’s absolutely no give in the base of the bed, so you’re supported all over but it also somehow feels like a marshmallow at the same time.
Theres no noise- minus sliding around on the sheets. There was no smell for me at all. Super easy to open and setup. The fit is perfect for my tiny apartment bedroom and it did expand to a full 12 inches.
The corners do take a few days to fully expand, but you won’t know unless you literally lay your head on the corner of the bed. There’s no weird angles or anything while you’re sleeping. This thing is stout.
You can speed up the decompression by walking on the mattress.
I opened it and 2-3 hours later it was good to go.

I was nervous with a mattress like this, cuz you never know if it will actually expand to what the product says it will. The last picture is just shy of a week. I set it up(for a trundle bed) so out of sight out of mind I totally forgot to check a few days later to see if it expanded any more than what it initially did. I finally remembered today and it did expand! Quality seems great. It’s a medium firmness, seems comfy but this isn’t our everyday sleeping mattress. Definitely easy to set up! And no smell (I am very sensitive to smells so I can confirm no smell)! Great buy!

I ordered a 12″ mattress for both of my kids on the same day in the same order and funny enough they were shipped from two different companies but they both showed up on the same day none the less and they were packaged well. They both inflated very quickly and they are nice and soft the kids are loving them. I had a quick lay down on them and they are super comfy. They don’t even have a funny smell. We are very happy with our purchase.

I never leave amazon reviews but appreciate this mattress so much I wanted to reassure others it’s a great deal for the price. My old mattress was 2nd hand so my bar is low– this is my first memory foam purchase and I appreciate how affordable it was for the comfortability. It doesn’t bounce when I plop down, it just absorbs me. I also run hot at night and can feel the difference the cooling layer makes. I’m not sure what $200+ memory foam mattresses are like but this is more than suffice if you just need a new, nicer mattress.

I bought this mattress after staying in an AirBNB that had the same one. In the rental, it was super comfortable and just the right mix of firm and soft with a thin waterproof mattress cover on top, but when I got it at home and used the same mattress topper the bed is much firmer. I “broke it in” as best I could by walking on it and have slept on it for over a month, but the firmness stays just as it did when I got it. I’m going to keep it because its too much of a pain to return, but I’ll need to add a mattress pad to give relief to my hips when I sleep on my side. Positives: the movement of your sleeping partner isn’t felt at all, there was no odd smell, it expanded to the size I expected, I was able to get it up the stairs and unrolled by myself with some creative moves (I’m 50, female and have average level of strength).

Overwhelmed by all the bed choices and the vast difference in price, I decided to buy an inexpensive bed and then add whatever topper it required because I like a soft bed.
Despite the fact that I find this mattress quite firm, I have been sleeping soundly on it for more than a week without a topper. It is not a soft bed but it does yield to your weight (approx 125lb), and I will get a topper when the really hot weather passes and sinking into a soft bed is less of an issue re heat, but I’m finding it entirely comfortable as it is right now.
It plumped up within 24 hours, and there was absolutely no smell from the foam. I’m 100% happy with this purchase.

We had to get my son a larger bed/mattress and he had been sleeping on an Ashley Chime firm mattress (full). It was firm and had better edge support. When replacing the furniture/mattress I could tell this queen size felt a little lighter than the full size. That would indicate a less dense foam in this mattress. It doesn’t have the edge support either- sitting on the side and it sinks down, a lot. But, for my teenager this has been fine. He says it feels good and he sleeps good, so a good budget mattress. It did expand all the way though you may have to fix the mattress cover on the corners so it can expand fully- it may bunch up a little or get twisted. No lingering smells. We have this on a frame with slats and you can’t tell by laying on it.
Please note that people complaining about lack of support are often talking about the thinnest mattress. Thicker foam = better support. If this mattress had been any more expensive it would be 3 stars.
