My daughter uses it since she was 6 months old and she is now a toddler and it’s part of her sleep routine. Once she gets the good scent, she starts to get sleepy

This smells like lavender, it is a nice smell if you like lavender, my family hates the smell of lavender. We bought it in desperation for our toddler 😬. She was starting her first sleep regression at 3 years old fighting us to go to bed and using every excuse in the book she could find! I was crossing my fingers this would be like chloroform for kids and knock her right out into a deep sleep. But alas this did nothing for her just made her room smell nice before the meltdown of bed time began. So for us this was only a good room freshener.

From what I can tell it seems to help my LO get some shut eye if she is fighting her sleep. Smell is nice but it doesn’t last long either. I find I have to spray as soon as I am going to put her down for it to work. I can’t spray before I start soothing her or it’ll be gone.

I use this every night to spray my toddler’s bed and pillows before he goes to sleep. It helps calm him down and makes it easier for him to fall asleep. I’ve also noticed that he is more likely to sleep through the night if I have used it. The smell is subtle and not too overpowering. Also, one bottle lasts quite a while. Definitely recommend!
