I love these pillows. They’re just the right amount of firmness I like. If you’re interested in these, just know they aren’t super soft at first. You’ll slowly sink into them. The cooling is also a plus and it helps since I sleep very warm. I would recommend these! Tip- make sure you leave them out for a couple hours before you first use them.

This pillow came vacuum sealed and I waited the full 48 hours for it to decompress before using it. This pillow is very comfortable! It takes a couple seconds for your head to sink in, and it sinks in maybe 45% of the way down. I’m not sure why people are saying it’s too firm or too soft—to me it’s just right. It’s only firm for a few seconds before your head sinks in, and the pillow adjusts to the weight of your head.
This pillow aided a lot with my neck pain too! I used to have a lot of tension on the right side of my neck and I’d have to crack it to get some relief very often. But after using this pillow for just 1-2 days I feel a very big difference. It offers lots of neck support and I feel like my neck pain is 75% gone. My neck is not totally fixed, but the pillow helped loads.
The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cooling is a bit disappointing. The pillow does not stay cool or offering lots of cooling. To me, it just feels like the pillow doesn’t overheat—but just stays the same temperature as your head. I’ve used a pillow in the past from a different brand that belonged to someone else, so I know what it feels like to have a pillow with good cooling. This pillow does not have that, unfortunately.

I was so on the fence about buying this pillow because the reviews seem so mixed.
First of all, I think a lot of the reviews are due to user error. This pillow is supposed to expand for 24-48 hours before use. I waited the full 48 hours and it was great. When I checked on it at the 24 hour mark, it was definitely firmer than the 48 hour mark. I know it’s hard not to use the pillow you’ve just bought because it’s exciting! But really, it’s for the best to follow the instructions and let it expand for the full amount of time.
Secondly, I see a lot of complaints that it’s “not cooling”. News flash! No pillow can stay cold *all the time*! That technology does not exist and is currently impossible! It has holes for ventilation, your body gives off heat that transfers to the pillow.
Thirdly, the pillow does vary in firmness based on temperature. If it’s warm it’s gonna be a bit softer, if it’s cold it’s gonna be a bit firmer.
The reviews are very mixed with people saying “my head sinks down all the way, there’s nothing to it!” and “It’s so firm like a brick! My head doesn’t sink at all!” this confused the crap out of me before buying. I think all of the above factors are the reason for variation in the reviews.
I’ll try to give my most unbiased perspective on it. It is firm, I would not call it a brick though. My head sinks about halfway into it. It provides support, but isn’t stiff. It’s not super soft, it does take a minute to sink into. It holds your head in place. I am a side and stomach sleeper and I find it comfortable. I cannot speak for back sleepers. It is very lightweight, but thick, wide, and takes up a decent amount of space. The cover is soft, but you should still put a pillowcase over it. If you don’t like a pillow on the firmer side, you probably won’t like this pillow. If you’re looking for something super soft and squishy, this pillow is not for you. If you are looking for a firm memory foam pillow that keeps you in place, has good neck support, and keeps it’s shape. This pillow is for you.
Overall, I like it! I’ve been sleeping on it for a couple weeks and I think it has helped my neck a bit. I’ve been sleeping very soundly and I have no issues. It’s a great price for the quality if it’s what you’re looking for, go for it!

This pillow is attractive. The cover is really nice, but the pillow is flatter than my Tempur-Pedic that I want to replace which I have had for at least 7 years. This pillow that I just purchased but returning does not have the amount of foam as a Tempur-Pedic. Price wise, you get what you pay for. Besides it isn’t standard queen, it is much longer and a queen size pillow case is too short to cover it.

Likes: coolness features actually work. The entire area of the pillow is cool to touch. Pillow covers are washable and was included. Firm, slip resistant, lightweight, conform to head, neck and shoulders.
Dislikes: due to shape of pillow it may be difficult to find decorative bed pillow covers. I am very happy with this purchase.

You need to follow the instructions and let the pillow fill out after taking it out of the package. It didn’t take the 24 hours per instructions…much faster. It’s a nice thick pillow that’s firm but not hard. I am not worried that it will squash flat over time like my other cheap pillows. Yes, a bit pricey when compared to big box store pillows, but worth the money! I’ll be ordering more soon.

I needed to replace my brand name memory foam pillow that was almost 6 years old because I was starting to have shoulder pain every morning. I was a little worried I might be getting ripped off, but the reviews were right! This pillow is perfect. Has just enough give in it to be comfortable but is still quite firm. No more pain! I’m so glad it comes in travel size because that will be my next purchase. It also is very lightweight which is a big improvement from my last pillow.
