30 min and I’m drowsy, works surprisingly well. Does not last all night though, if you want to stay asleep a slow release version would be better.

These help me get to sleep so much faster. They work so well. The taste is yummy. They smell good. Texture is just like a gummy bear. Easy to take and sleep.

This product is absolute trash and does the contrary to what it should do.
So after taking 2 gummies as said on the bottle, I gave it 15 minutes and went to bed. As soon as I was starting to fall asleep I felt severe anxiety creeping in for no reason. This is the first time I have ever experienced anything like it. Turns out it is very common with melatonin.
Apparently the dosage they state is safe is extremely high, and they never mention this risk on the box. A waste of money and another terrible night. Thanks a lot, vitafusion.

I’ve tried several brands of melatonin. This brand works the best for me. I fall asleep easier after taking one if these..they are sift and tasty gummies. It takes about an 1-1.5 hours and I can feel the effect of these. I feel more relaxed and sleepy. I wake up not feeling groggy like some brands of melatonin will do. Will continue to buy this brand

At 55 I noticed I get a lot less sleep. These are a game changers. My only critique is that they taste sooooo good I want to eat more. Keep some regular fruit gummies near by.

They did the job. My wife has trouble sleeping because she is a basket case nut. I purchased these so hopfully she could sleep and stop her constant yapping and bickering with me at night. This along with divorce has solved my problem. If you have trouble sleeping at night, this is an easy over the counter product that works decently. The next option would be divorce. This is definitely more affordable than the 2nd option and I would strongly recommend trying this first.

The product works; it helps me fall asleep faster. It doesn’t knock me out, but it definitely makes me feel sleepy. And it definitely helps me go to sleep quicker. For it to knock me out it would take 2 of them; which isn’t a bad thing. The taste isn’t the greatest, but it’s better than others I’ve have tried. Also, love how easy it is to take.

I have tried all the other brands of gummy melatonin. None taste as good or stay fresh and soft till you finish the bottle. It does seem to help me with sleeping too. I highly reccomend this product.
