This tincture has a nice taste. It helps me relax before bed.

I have been taking this when I wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back asleep, as is common for me. For this circumstance, I especially appreciate the claims that it absorbs and takes effect faster than pills, as I can’t reasonably plan to take it in advance, and will probably continue to choose a liquid form for this reason, though they’re more expensive than pills. Despite usually taking this with less than half the night remaining, I don’t feel groggy in the morning.
It has a smell similar to molasses. I like molasses, so this isn’t a bad thing to me. When I add 1mL in about 4oz of water, I don’t find it to have a noticeable taste, good or bad.
The bottle comes with a dropper with measuring marks at .25, .5, .75. and 1mL to make it easy to draw up the correct dose. This also allows for easy titration to find the lowest effective dose. I find that I can’t get it to draw all the way up to 1mL, so normally do two 0.5mL doses. From prior experience with this sort of measuring, I expect this will become more difficult and annoying as the bottle empties, and that it may be hard to get the last few doses.

This review is for the Nurbetoxa Valerian Root Sleep Aid Drops. They really seem to work for me as an all natural sleep aid and I’ll tell you why. I think its synergy, where the sum is greater than just the parts.
What do I mean by that? Well, if you look at the ingredients of this sleep aid product, you’ll see that its full of different natural ingredients where most if not all have something in common: they are purported to aid in relaxation and/or sleep.
Thus, unlike some products that just contain one ingredient to help you sleep, this Nurbetoxa product contains several ingredients such as valerian, passion flower, magnesium and more which you can read on the product description.
All I know is it really helps me to unwind and get to sleep faster. I really think its all those ingredients working together.
Just as a side note, the product also claims to be alcohol and gluten free. In addition, its non-GMO and is vegan. These are all positives too.
While the product seems a bit pricey in itself, I still gave it a 5 star rating on value because it contains 59 servings, which is about 2 months. So, on a month to month basis, it seems reasonable to me.

I used it for a few weeks without noticing any difference. I didn’t like the taste either. It’s easy to use, just a few drops in water and you’re good to go. I’m not sure if it worked, but it’s natural and has magnesium in it, which is great.

I sleep awful. My adrenals are ruined. But this knocks me out in about 30-40 min and I stay asleep most of the night now. A little groggy in the morning but worth it and fine after a little caffeine
