i use this in my car and also on my desk at work! it’s small, cute, keeps my space smelling good, and is the perfect diffuser for short-term running! it stays on for a couple hours and that’s all i need it for!

I purchased this little beauty for travelling with my favourite essential oils, and specifically for travelling in our caravan. I needed something small and very lightweight, that still did the same job as my larger infusers at home. I also needed a USB power input to suit my caravan, but without drawing a lot of energy, which I’m very happy to find in this product. Works very well, and it looks very stylish. I saw this item while in a shared ride while on vacation. it seemed like a good idea. It probably is a good idea if you are a shared-ride driver.
I ordered it for my car and it’s just in the way because I always have my broke best friend (my daughter) in the passenger seat and she often needs to use the cupholder that the diffuser is seated in.
I didn’t think about that when I made the purchase.
Overall, the diffuser works well and is a nice ambiance to the car.

User error… it does work. Company did reach immediately to refund… but since this was on me, I didn’t respond. Once I actually read the instructions, it work amazingly. I do love it.
Does not diffuse or mist. Only lights up when on the charger so definitely not portable. Also, for what ever reason it sends too me to a troubleshoot instead of returning product. What a waste. It’s garbage.

I was a little bit concerned when I bought this that it might leak with car movement and street bumps. But it doesn’t! It works perfectly, the amount of water you pour into it (and your desired fragrance) lasts for some days – in some cases for a week – and it fits perfectly and most car’s holders. It s already an indispensable part of my cars.

My video says it all. But for those who is unable to play the video… I bought this air diffuser 3 days ago. It worked the first 2 days. And then on the 3rd day, it stopped working. No mist, no air, nothing.. I tried everything— nothing. I tried to get a replacement but it said no. I tried to get a refund and it didn’t give me the option. I thought that was weird. So I called Amazon Customer Service and they told me this is a non-refundable item. I went back to the item on the sellers page and it says in SMALL print “non- refundable item”.
I would NEVER recommend buying an item that isn’t refundable. Never EVER. If I had seen that small print beforehand, I wouldn’t have bought it. Now I see why this is non refundable. The seller knew there stuff wasn’t legit. I’ve never came across a non refundable item on Amazon, so this took me by surprise.
So be careful. You might get lucky ! But you might not ! Don’t take the risk, it isn’t worth it. There’s plenty of OTHER air diffusers out there. Hopefully this helps y’all out.

Several purchasers left feedback regarding the top cracking, well I can confirm this to be true. I have had less than a week and mine has cracked in two places. This doesn’t affect the use of the diffuser but just knowing it crack with less than a week of use is kinda disappointing. Other than that it works great, no leaks so far, it’s quiet and puts out the scent as advertised. One other issue I had from the beginning was that it does not run continuously for 4 hours, it’s rather intermittent, runs for like a minute then off for a few then back on. More random than continuous.

I paid $30 for a product that doesnt work, and i can’t swap it or get a refund? I think its obvious why they have the no refund policy.
I could have purchased a cheaper car diffuser for $16. But i thought this one is $30 because its more powerful. Sadly, the only way to find out if a product works, is to buy it.
Amazon needs to do better with protecting customers from scammers. And ensure there is a return/refund policy for every product.

If you love using oils , this is an awesome car humidifier. Use discretion when applying the oils as the humidifier will be sitting right under you between the seats.
