We bought this for my daughter because she ruined her other sealy hybrid mattress and I needed something quick. It was comfy but not enough cushion. I had a 2″ mattress topper on top of it to give it more cushion. Fully formed it only aired out to about 4.5″. You could feel the metal bars under the mattress.

Skeptical Reviewer: Arrived on time.
I will say it arrived early noon, bought the 12inch Q.
By late evening it was pretty much done expanding. First time laying on it, I will say was very odd feeling. I didn’t sink into it as I’m use to on a pillow top mattress we owned prior to this foam mattress. I’m roughly 140lbs. So it’s pretty firm. I’ve adjusted to the fact that the bed does not absorb me.
I have been sleeping all thru the night, I don’t feel my pet jump on or off the bed or partner moving around. “This I like and needed.” I wake up without the hip and shoulder aches and pains of sleeping on my other mattress. Usually I’m a light sleeper, I hear any and everything and find it hard to go back to sleep. But since sleeping on this bed, “when I’m out, I’m out…”
Finally getting the rest and support I need from my bed. The only thing I’ll be adding is possibly a squishy topper just so I feel a lil more like I sink into it. Remember it’s best to start firmer, and add to it some cushion, than to start off to soft, and never achieve the firmness your looking for. You can always go softer but never firmer.
I can actually do bed exercises have the firm support, without having to throw a mat on the floor. I feel like I’m already on the floor with a firm mat under me. So my body positioning isn’t compromised and I get a great workout as if I did them on the floor.
I’m not heavy but my partner is about 180-190 and the corners don’t buckle on him either. He enjoys it better than the pillow top mattress with coils he bought a yr ago. He has lower back issues, and two nights on this, he’s realized I have the better mattress. His lower back issues are less since sleeping on this mattress. I’m in my early 50’s. Sleeping on my side or stomach has been very painful on the pillow top mattress, but this foam mattress I’m supported either way and it’s been really nice to be able to sleep on my back and side again every now and then.

This is exactly what we needed. We recently got a daybed with a trundle and ordered two of them. Very comfortable and the packaging was easy to unpack. The only downside is I did have use a utility knife but it didn’t damage the item as I was careful with it. I couldn’t see another way to open it without cutting the box with the knife. However, the product is great and would highly recommend.

I was looking for a “cheap mattress” for my boys room. I bought two of them. I thought being only 5inches my bigger boys ( 5’6 210lbs) would be able to feel the rails of the bed, he couldn’t. Definitely would recommend!
