My husband had a stroke some years ago and is cold all the time due to nerve damage. This blanket really help him stay warm and comfortable. Very soft and heavy enough to contour to his body. Great product!

Ordered a queen size, received a queen size but it’s too small for a queen bed. Fits like a double, barely covers the top of the mattress. Very disappointed. 12lbs is a lot heavier than I thought it would be, hard to move covers around when laying in bed. Fabric is okay, not soft to the touch. My ADHD makes me want to cut it open and look at the beads inside. Overall it’s okay, would not buy again.

My boyfriend gets intense anxiety/panic attacks when he starts falling asleep so he has a lot on his shoulders at all times. He’s gone to therapy and takes medication for his somniphobia, but still struggles. I was shocked that he’d never even heard of weighted blankets before, so I got him this one just to see if it might help. It arrived in 2 and a half days and it’s a game changer. Now he sleeps like a rock, and the bags under his eyes from years of sleep deprivation are starting to recede. When I use it, it feels like a nice soothing hug. The blanket is pretty even and dense (I got him the heaviest one because he’s a big guy). It’s also surprisingly cool for such a heavy thing, but the fabric is a little coarse. He’s fine with it but I think it could use a duvet cover. Anyway, if you’re considering this to help with sleep issues, you should get it. Just be warned you might not want to get out of bed in the morning!

I just got a 60×80 20 pound (nominal – actual is 17) one for my queen size bed. The build quality feels fine, but not extraordinary; the stitching is single-row, for example. I was worried that the glass beads would be noticeable; marble size is what I was thinking. They are instead quite small, closer to grains of sand. My major complaint is that it’s too small for my queen size bed. I am going to keep it and use it on a twin-size bed in my house, and I’ve ordered a larger one for my bed.

I didn’t quite get it but wife won’t sleep without it. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Heavy as heck. Glass beads heavier than you’d think. Not for everyone but I bet some people can’t live without it

To use an analogy, it’s like Goldilocks and the three bears. It’s just right, perfect size and weight. This not my first weighted blanket, I have a 10, a 30 and this 15 pound one. Never slept better and this coming from a veteran with PTSD.
