For the cost of these smart goggles, they should work a lot better. They don’t fit to cover and blackout your eyes, and I have a fairly average normal profile face. The kneading function doesn’t really hit your temples or that spot between your eye brows, it’s close but fairly mediocre for relief. On the upside I do like that you can program how long it runs and that there’s different functions via the app. I have a much cheaper pair of these that the function is better but it comes with some onboard music that’s awful and takes three minutes of the programrd 15 minutes to turn off. Ugh. I’ll keep these because I got them on sale, but I really really wish they worked better.

I bought this device mainly for the help with headaches as it mentions a lot in the marketing. Unfortunately in the app, there is literally no presets for routines created for headaches. So I play The routines for stress or sleep to see if that would help.
Besides this I found the pressure on the temples and also the vibrations to agitate my headaches more than relieve them.
Maybe if they had settings which controlled the vibrations, pressures and heat for headaches.
Overall, it’s nice. But too expensive to hold onto if it’s not going to help relieve my headaches.

This device is a little heavy and can be uncomfortable. It does work wonders for me. I use the Therabody app to control mine and listen to iRest Yoga Nidra while doing a relaxation setting on this device. I find it works wonders. I wish the app had a iRest Yoga Nidra session on it to run with this, but I will make sure. I am absolutely happy I bought this and look forward to future lighter models and updates to the app. I would definitely recommend this for anyone. I love mine.

Easy to use with good quality. Helpful for people who suffer from tension migraines this massages your temples, and also heats up. The noise coming from the machine is not loud. It is a great value for your money. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

After working on the computer all day, my eyes become extremely fatigued, but using this before bed makes a significant difference. Excessive screen time due to work was making my eyes feel very heavy, yet using this daily has provided relief. The heating feature is an excellent touch, offering immense relaxation. Although the fit could improve and the strap adjustment is somewhat tricky, I haven’t found a better option, so this eye massaging mask remains the best choice for now. Despite wishing it didn’t cost $200, it’s an essential tool for anyone who spends considerable time in front of screens.

I like the Theragun and thought these would be great out as well. They are heavy and not comfortable. There is a large area in the center of the glasses that does not touch the face. It only massages around the temples. The part that touches the head is not soft and you can feel the hard parts behind the small padding. They are also pretty loud so not great for relaxation.

This thing is huge and didn’t fit my face. Just squeezes your temples with a ton of empty space between your eyes.
If you enjoy listening to the sound of muffled drilling and construction, then get these.
