It’s good for me. Does seem to help with soreness. I have improved sleep. I always take it with melatonin
FamilyGuy –
Seems to benefit in reducing pain, stiffness in shoulder rotator cuff and base of thumb. As an added benefit, appears to improve the “quality” of sleep without next-day somnolence. Seems to be effective when used in conjunction with Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin & Hyaluronic Acid. Definitely worth a try & recommended!

Doesn’t really work for me

This is the only nitric oxide booster I’ve used. I can’t say for sure if it boosts HGH, but I can definitely say I’ve experienced a nitric oxide boost.
Amazon Customer –
Honestly, I don’t think this product does very much. I used it for improving muscle response to exercise, but a good diet is probably better. I won’t buy it again.

This product, when taken on an empty stomach at bedtime really works, and does not cause you to become dependent upon it. You can also take it before a weight training workout. This product causes your body to produce its own human growth hormone, as opposed to taking shots from an outside source which would affect the pituitary gland’s ability to produce its own over time. So this product makes sense. This combo has been well known among natural athletes since 1981.
A study was carried out in 15 male volunteers to evaluate qualitatively the secretion of growth factors following stimulation by oral amino acids. The results showed that oral administration of a combination of two amino acids (1200’mg l-lysine plus 1200’mg l-arginine) provoked a release of pituitary somatotropin and insulin. This phenomenon was reproducible and the growth hormone secreted in response to this stimulation had biological activity {as demonstrated by a radioreceptor assay and somatomedin induction). The effect appeared to be specific to the combination of the two amino acids; neither of the amino acids demonstrated appreciable stimulating activity when administered alone, even at the same doses.

The capsules are much easier on the stomach than the tablets, especially since one takes this just before bed.
