The mattress took 3 weeks to arrive, was easy to set up and inflate and provided a good level of comfort. It’s design with the 2 pump motors mounted on the edge of the mattress almost ensured that a seal separation around the motor housings would break, and after 5 months in pristine conditions, they did. First a 7 inch separation, which I repaired with Krazy Glue, then 2 weeks later, a 12 inch separation around the rest of the main housing. The Botley Store provided NO warranty beyond 30 days, No support, No exchange or refund. Sound Asleep Products did not sell the product or receive any sales revenue directly so they exclude themselves from any responsibility. Paying Premium for a mattress with no support will cost you even more.

UPDATE 10/19/24: Grandson wanted me to buy another air mattress I was looking at past orders and saw this over a year after I bought it mind you so I emailed the company they emailed me the very next day asking me to call them. I called and told her what happened she said it’s been over a year and you did not buy the warranty but you also did not give us a bad review even after this happened. She said we are going to send you another one free of charge I did not even pay for the shipping. I was doubtful but three days later I received it. This was about four months ago we use it all the time and I’m glad to report it still blows up and when you get up the air goes back in and it is nice and quiet at first I didn’t think it was working because I did not hear it. I’m glad I’m the type of person who does not judge badly because something breaks you should always give someone the benefit of doubt because there is no one who can say everything they do is perfect sometimes you get something with a defect. I would order anything from this company they stand by there products. They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. We need more companies like this one and I hope they start putting out a lot more products they are a little expensive but worth every penny. Thank you and please do not stop what you do and hope much you care.
I absolutely loved this air mattress when air went out it would pump back up it was so comfortable we used it on the weekends when my grand son comes over we like to sleep in the living room because we can keep the tv on all night the first month maybe month and a half it was the best thing ever. Until it wasn’t we got it out on a Friday pumped it up and there was a huge lump right in the middle of it you could not get comfortable because it was so uncomfortable my grandson would not even go on it because it was that bad this was the first time I ever paid over 300 for a air mattress and at first it was totally worth it now I have a air mattress I cannot even use I didn’t even get my moneys worth for it. I’m so disappointed because if the lump did not mysteriously show up we would still be using it. I didn’t even replace it because I’m not trying to waste money again. It has really turned me away from buying pricey items because I cannot afford to throw money away. It would have been a great product if it would have been like it was when I got it.

This mattress inflates easily, stays inflated and is very comfortable. The best part is the secondary Comfort air pump which senses when the mattress needs some air and automatically adds some air to top off the mattress, resulting in it staying nicely firm and inflated. The company has great customer service and will work with you for any problems. My first mattress was great and the Comfort air pump worked perfectly in automatically topping off the mattress when it needed it…but then the pump just stopped kicking in. The red light would sometimes faintly flicker and there was sometimes a faint sound but it would not add air, the pump was just dead. So had to manually add air, and then would wake up in the middle of the night on a sagging mattress and have to again manually inflate it/add air which you shouldn’t have to do (waking up to do that was a true hassle and worse yet couldn’t get back to sleep!). So they sent me a replacement (I discarded the nonworking original). Unfortunately the replacement mattress had an overwhelming plastic smell that did Not dissipate with time despite airing it out for weeks. Called them about the persistent smell and they sent another replacement mattress, which we really appreciate. Despite a few hiccups it’s still the best air mattress I’ve ever had and the secondary Comfort air pump is the bomb, for keeping it inflated. They really want you to be happy with your mattress and they honor their warranty/guarantee. Great company and great customer service!

There is a warning on the shipping box that the item may cause cancer or reproductive issues due to chemicals. I was going to return this item but the return window is closed. Not happy

FIRST – really great product. Love the mattress, the 3 comfort settings, the “inflate/deflate” ease of operation. Very comfortable!! And the storage bag is the right size – not hard to roll up and put away until next use.
ALSO – we originally ordered this bed and 2 days later received a defective unit from Amazon (VERY loud secondary pump noise; not something anyone would likely sleep through when it kicked on).
I emailed the support address that came with the mattress at around 7pm ET, asking for their help – whether to return to Amazon or to them, how best to get a replacement and was expecting to hear in a day or 2. Instead, I received a PHONE CALL within a little over an hour (!!), had a short and very helpful discussion, during which Casey at SoundAsleep took down my info and agreed to ship me a replacement immediately, for receipt in 2 business days. Which we received, and which was in perfect working condition.
Talk about world class customer service. Thank you Casey and thanks SoundAsleep products. I am a very satisfied customer. 🙏🏻❤️
