Got this for my 4.5 year old and 2.5 year old to help them sleep at night. My oldest gets scared of monsters or thunder but the TV on makes her feel more secure, but having a movie playing was to much stimulation for both of them. This is very calming and relaxing and I don’t mind leaving it on for her almost like a night light.

Better quality with a variety of scenes than many higher priced relaxation/sleep dvds. I would recommend this one..I cannot promise it will help you sleep but it is relaxing. Good photography too!

I really expected this DVD to be not-so-great, but I bought it based on others’ reviews of how good it was. They were right. The cinematography in this video is top-shelf first rate excellent. And it does what it claims to do; very very relaxing scenes to enjoy after a very very bad day. Just superb stuff.
