Being a first time user of EO, wasn’t sure what to expect. I have tried this with a diffuser, applying to my skin and sprinkling on my pillow. The smell was the biggest turn off for me. It smelled too much like turpentine of paint thinner. I was expecting a smell less toxic and never got the relaxing or good nights sleep from this product. perhaps a got a bad batch or was maybe expecting something more floral in nature. I have used one other EO product for helping me breathe during my cold and was happy with that. Maybe just me! Update, although I did not care for this particular product, I can say that their customer service is outstanding and that they stand behind their product. They reached out to me and offered to make me feel like a valued customer.

I’ve bought this multiple times and it has become my #1 favorite calming essential oil. The scent and quality have been totally consistent bottle to bottle, and this has become my go-to oil for calming down anytime during the day, not just at night. My favorite use is keeping a bottle in my car and rubbing a few drops on my wrists to calm as I drive. So great. Not heavy/overbearing at all, has a really nice balance, reminds me of a favorite Wyndmere oil (Road Rage Relief blend) that is hard to find now. Love this oil!

When I have a hard time falling asleep or can’t fall asleep because of excitement, I put a few drops on my pillow or on the curtains. It smells so good. It looks like a natural material, not artificial. I love this oil. Apply this oil every time you go to sleep. I can sleep well until morning.

My husband and I are extremely light sleepers. I’ve been looking/trying products something to make us sleep deeply without using sleeping pills. We don’t drink coffee. We don’t watch the bright screen before bed. We do exercise quite often, but none of them really helped.
First night, I added 10 drops to the diffuser. (It’s a lot bigger than the regular one.) It was OK. I think we slept decently for 4-5 hours. Then I got the follow-up email from this company, saying “add a few drops to your pillows” etc. It was helpful to get instructions.
Next night, I added a few drops to our pillows, 10 drops to mattress, and another 10 drops to the blanket. The scent was a bit strong. I wondered if I did it too much. My husband said, “Something smells good.” He did not know I dropped aroma oil and I still did not tell him. In a second, my husband started breathing deeply and fell asleep quickly. So did I. I woke up feeling positively and more energized.
You just cannot depend one thing to improve your sleep. You will need to make an extra effort such as to eat healthy and do exercise etc., but I believe this product to give you a boost for “good night sleep”.

this is working great for my youngest daughter who struggles terribly with insomnia and has for years. this has truly been a life saver IMO. we have had her on melatonin since she was 2 (she is now 7) the melatonin did help her sleep, but seemed to bring on nightmares, and I have been reading about long term affects it could have on her. I was desperate to get her off of it. when I was introduced to oils in the very beginning I was skeptical. after much experimenting I am now a believer. this oil, as long as we put it on her feet, puts her to sleep,within 20 minutes without fail. and keeps her asleep. and in her words…”the nightmares have been chased away” she has been on this for 4 months now. we did try putting it on her pillows (and not on her feet),didn’t seem to work. also tried diffusing and didn’t have great results there either. but putting it on the bottoms of her feet is the key. I realize the bottle is small, but 3-4 drops per foot is all it took, so it will last a little while. it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not having her pop pills and am using something natural. highly recommend this.will buy again.
