13 in 1964 –
Simmons’ 12″ feels so good I don’t want to get off of it in the the mornings, My old mattress said it was 9″, but it never felt like it. I measured the old one and it was never 9″. I measured Simmons’ and it was a full 12″. I slept through the night. I didn’t remember anything till the alarm sounded. I love it. As soon as I opened it and took it out, it got straight instantly, and didn’t try to curl. I bought a topper a few years ago, but when I took it out it just never got straight. I took it back to the store. I like that the new Simmons is not just thick, but long, too. I hung off the old one because I was too long for it, but the Simmons one is longer than me. It’s also a little wider, too. Buy it.

Good product . Best mattress honestly . Got one for all my kids and my self . Do not regret . Don’t take off removable mattress cover . It will shrink no matter what . Just put a water prof mattress sheet over it .

I didn’t want to write a review before sleeping in this bed for a full week and this week I’ve had the best sleep of my life. The bed was delivered safely and I’m a somewhat small girl and dragged it across my appartment with little/some difficulty, unboxed with ease and raised quickly. SO PLUSH yet firm enough. Great bed for the money 10/10 recommend!

Pros:
I received my mattress yesterday. Firstly, this is the only true Twin XL that measures 81 inches in length all of the others are 80 inches!!
The unpacking was super easy and very cool to watch.
I like a plush firm mattress and this mattress totally deliverers.
Zero smell!!!
Trusted name “Simmons” and this company has always been a great purchase for me.
Amazon return policy can’t be beat. If you don’t like the mattress after sleeping on before 100 days? You just call Amazon customer service and they will arrange a pick-up for your mattress and it cost you nothing. Full refund!!!
Cons:
It takes a long time for the mattress to take it’s complete shape.
When I opened it the mattress had three very small stains on the edge of the mattress.
(I called Amazon and they offered to replace or give me a 30 percent credit, I took the credit. I love Amazon)
Conclusion:
Great price, Great mattress So far I would definitely recommend. I will give an update in the near future.

I purchased this mattress for my son’s apartment at college in September ‘21. When we unpacked it and set it up it was clear that it wasn’t as big as it was supposed to be. In fact, I actually started to wonder if it was the bed frame that was the wrong size (too big). Since it was my first experience with a bed in a box and I knew it could take a bit of time to fully expand I let it go assuming it would be ok. When I first went back to visit in February 2022 I realized that the mattress never expanded at all. I had ordered the 12” queen. I actually measured it and it is 74’’x51’’x9’’. This is significantly smaller than the 81’’x61’’x12’’ that it is advertised as. In fact, this “queen” mattress is actually smaller than a full size mattress. I promptly emailed the company as Amazon told me that I was out of time for their help. As of May I still have not received a reply from Simmons. I am so disappointed and will never order a mattress from this company again.

Squishy is my wife’s descriptive adverb for this mattress and we love it. We have slept on it for about 7 months now and find it to be extremely comfortable. We both have back issues and my own theory about bad backs is that a firm mattress is bad, at least this has proven true for me. You cannot beat this mattress for the price, actually I’m not certain at any price.

We purchased this for a guestroom and the first time family used it. They said that was the most comfortable memory foam mattress they had ever slept on. Would definitely purchase again.
I have owned several memory foam mattresses, and this one by far took the longest to fill out to its full shape and height. It probably took three or four days. Not a problem, but just be aware if you’re used to them popping up to full height with a few hours.
