I bought this bed back in November, I am so glad that I did. If you love a firm bed this bed is for you! Amazing! I haven’t had a good night sleep in a long time, until this bed! So happy with this purchase. I will say again, it is a firm bed. You want to like a firm bed in order to love this bed.
It came to life in a day, no smell what so ever. Higher than advertised which was awesome!

I recently purchased the Signature Design by Ashley Queen Size Chime 12 Inch Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattress with Green Tea & Charcoal Gel, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This mattress has exceeded my expectations in several key areas.
First and foremost, the comfort level is outstanding. The medium firm support strikes a perfect balance, offering just the right amount of firmness without sacrificing comfort. The memory foam conforms to my body, providing excellent support and relieving pressure points. This has significantly improved the quality of my sleep, and I wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free.
Initially, I was concerned about purchasing a boxed mattress online without trying it in person at a store. However, this mattress is comparable to a plush firm mattress available at local mattress stores, and my concerns were quickly put to rest once I experienced the comfort firsthand.
One of the standout features of this mattress is the infusion of green tea and charcoal gel. These elements not only help with odor control but also maintain a fresh and cool sleeping environment. I’ve noticed a marked difference in temperature regulation compared to my previous mattress, and it stays comfortably cool throughout the night.

It arrived well-packaged and was easy to set up. After allowing it to expand fully, it reached its full 12-inch height and retained its shape beautifully. Additionally, I was pleased to find that the mattress didn’t have any off-gassing smell while it was expanding.
It’s worth noting that the delivery of the mattress was handled by a third-party delivery company. While the delivery was smooth, the boxed mattress is quite heavy and cumbersome to move with just one person. I highly recommend having two people to move it around the house and help with the setup. This will make the process much easier and more manageable.
During the expansion process, I observed that the mattress sections on the outside of the roll expanded within an hour, while the section in the middle of the roll took about two days to fully expand. Due to this, I placed the middle rolled section by the footboard to allow additional expansion over time while still being able to use the mattress after 48 hours.
As someone who weighs over 300 pounds, I find this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. It provides excellent stability and does not sag, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. What’s more, it’s extremely comfortable during side sleeping, providing the perfect level of cushioning and support.
Overall, the Signature Design by Ashley Chime 12 Inch Memory Foam Mattress is a fantastic investment for anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive, and high-quality mattress. I have Zero complaints and only rave reviews. Buying a mattresses is harder than some might think. This is somewhere you’re recommended to spend a third of your day… ( if we could be so lucky!) Fantastic buy! I am thrilled that it worked for me and I also bought a twin for my young son and he loves it….
I am now buying one for my elderly mother..
You can not go wrong with the price point either. Worth every penny.

I have had this mattress for 4 years now and loved it so much that I bought one for my sister! It’s hard to tell I’ve had this mattress for 4 years because it almost seems like brand new after all this time. Being memory foam, it is a little bit on the firmer side, which I personally prefer but I know not everyone does. My back never hurts one this mattress which is a huge plus and something I haven’t experienced on a lot of other beds. Great deal for the money spent.

This mattress exceeded my expectations in every way. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up—just unbox, unroll, and let it expand. The memory foam provides excellent support and contours to my body, helping me sleep comfortably through the night. It’s on the firmer side, which I prefer, but it still has a plush feel to it. I spent SO much money on my last mattress and this one is so much better than that one. I have the queen, 12 inch and it just spectacular. I found that it was ready to sleep on within a few hours and is nice and firm. That feels so good to my back.

I like the firmness of the mattress (actually a little too firm, so I am continuing to use the 2″ foam topper I used on my previous conventional mattress). I have been using it for about 3 months now and it shows no signs of wear or sagging. It did have a strong chemical smell after I unrolled it, but I let it air out for 2 days and then used some febreeze and it was fine. I have heard good things about foam mattresses from friends and so far it is doing a good job supporting my lower back and most days I do not have any lower back pain (which is a regular issue for me–especially with conventional mattresses).

Bought this queen size mattress for a guest room. So far, it seems perfect! Came in quickly, unboxed it, rolled it out, and it fluffed up in no time! We bought a cheap mattress and box spring combo for the other guest room. Had to put a $100 mattress topper on it, and it’s still not as nice or inexpensive as this Prime Deal mattress. Will probably be ordering another one soon!

This mattress is on the firmer side. No complain. Perfect sleep and support thru the night. It’s great for people has back pain. This is our 3rd foam mattress. We had a Magniflex for over 10 years. It was expensive but money worth spent. We would like to upgrade to a King size mattress but a Magniflex was out of our budget. We also have an Endy in twin. It’s nice foam mattresses on a budget but it’s too soft/plush for our backs. When we came across this one, many reviewers mentioned this is firm or too firm. This was the one!! Great quality and price. Inflated in 24 hours.

needed a new mattress and ended up going with this one. If you like a firm mattress, this is the one for you but for me it was a bit too firm so i ended up getting a mattress topper with it and now its more soft to my liking and still has the proper support from the mattress being firm.
