Really a life changing book! I was terrified of insomnia after spending a week or more with no sleep. This book explains all about why sleep is so important to our health, and if you are having trouble gives you some very concrete things you can do, most free and quite easy to implement if you are willing to put in the time. One of the most useful books I have ever read. Highly recommend!

I loved this book. It helped me go through some tips to identify and help my trouble sleeping. I did get blackout curtains since I go to bed at 3-4pm due to work. Trying to change my schedule. And made other changes that were recommended from this book.
