I bought this in may and it’s almost September. I’ve used it about 6 times and every time I have had trouble sleeping. More than without use of the product. All I can’t take the residue. I’ve tried on the bottom and on the top if my foot as well as my shins.

I have had a real problem with sleep for as long as I can remember. And I have tried EVERYTHING including prescription sleeping pills (which did work for a while but my body just got used them) This spray is just amazing. After the first 2 or 3 nights when I first started I have slept a full 7 or 8 hours every single night without waking. It’s pretty much a miracle! The act of applying it is not a pleasant experience in my case as the first 5 mins after applying it really stings and itches like mad. But it’s so worth it. Do yourself a favour and get this ASAP!

It’s interesting that this is a spray, but a spray pump was not included. The top to the bottle twists off.

It took a couple days to start working. My legs hurt the first night but then it got better. I figured I was just magnesium deficient. Anyway it works good now.

The spray arrived on toime and in good condition. It is easy and pleasant to use and seems to be working fine, but it is too soon to say yet if it will prove effective in the longer term. There is seldom one magic bullet among the many factors in one’s routine so I’ll report back when I am more used to it

Good service. The spray does contribute to a more relaxed sleep, though I would be cautious if you at all have sensitive skin, this spray will make you itch momentarily. With children this can be problematic because they are not happy to wait for the itching to subside and so get upset counter-acting any chance you have of calming them before bed.

Prompt delivery and sensible packaging. The smell is quite strong, so worth spraying this onto your legs in the bathroom. It worked for me. If it’s some sort of placebo effect I don’t care-it worked for me!
