This is not my first – so I knew what to look for when buying this one. We have a king bed and the heater always bunched to one side or another. Had it 4 years and when It quit I knew what to lot for, so to stop the bunching I bought a twin size and did one side of the bed. My wife bought a cheaper brand and put that on her side. Hers stopped working in less then a weeks time, was made very cheaply.
So while that is being returned I bought wife the same twin size that I bought for me.
So we are both happy, not just a matter on one versus the other; her side no more bunching up, and of myself side shifts easy to fix one side and it does not move a lot just a bit. I am a restless sleeper. Quality of the mattress pad seems to be built a very nice quality it fit the mattress purple perfectly gave plenty of material to fully cover the bed, the heater heats evenly from one side to the other, and from the back from the top to the bottom the heater control gives you time setting and degree of setting Very nice easy to use. Easy to understand doesn’t make any noise. It’s just all very nice. You will not be disappointed. If you were my brother, I would strongly advise him to buy this particular brand unit at Amazon. I really would.

I like the quality of the mattress pad itself, and it heats up nicely. Feels great to get into a warm bed. The #1 thing I dislike most about the control, is how cheaply made it is. There are no raised markings on the tabs, making it impossible to navigate them in the dark. Plus to increase/decrease settings, you have to punch one at a time (no continuous change). The control is light-weight and slips around too much. If Sealy made a better control, I would easily give it five stars.

The heat works very well. But it’s covered cheaply and makes it not as comfortable because you can feel all of the wires . Wish it had better covering.

The attachment of the cords to the mattress pad is on the top of the pad- I thought it would bother us when we stretched out but it isn’t a problem. We can’t feel the heating mesh through the pad either. It heats up quickly-no need to turn it on hours before sleep, around 15 minutes is enough. The dual controls are great. The warmth of the pad makes a huge impact on our sleep comfort in our unheated cottage!

First off the biggest thing I have noticed and am estatic about is, I cannot feel the wires through this mattress pad! It feels like a normal mattress pad and it’s SO comfy! It also heats up with just a few short minutes, I normally set it on 4 or 5 for heat for about an hour and a half to 2 hours at a time but this thing will go all the way 8+ hours and sustain your heating needs with even, comfortable warmth! It was definately worth the money!

I purchased the heated mattress pad in queen. When we put in on our mattress and tested it out we observed that one of the 2 controllers the backlight wasn’t working. We loved the quality and features of the mattress pad. However it would be inconvenient to adjust the temperature at night without a backlight. I contacted customer service and in within 2 days I received another controller. They expedited my shipping and followed up to assure that I was satisfied. Customer service can be a big part of your shopping experience. I couldn’t be happier.
