I ordered this direct from the ritual store the first time. LOVED IT. Would have given it 5 stars. But then……I go to reorder. It takes me to Wholefoods via third party through Amazon. By the time you go to check out , just for the stress relief, an additional $20-$30 is added in delivery fees and services. I already pay as a PRIME member and if I wanted to go to any store , it’s definitely not relieving stress. As someone with PTSD , this worked great, but unfortunately I’m now skeptical due to trust issues. Thank you Ritual brand for the 30 days of less stress.

I don’t often write reviews, but I think this is an excellent product. I was super skeptical, but it definitely mellowed me out and not in some weird way. I’m very sensitive to medications and supplements, but this works in a very natural, subtle but noticeable way. I take it around 1 or 2 in the afternoon on work days to just take the edge off – and it does it. I also have read a lot about the company and trust the quality of these products.

I was freaked out at first by the look of the capsule but it goes down easily. After a few weeks, I noticed some benefits but could be a balance of life and exercise. The bottle had the correct amount of capsules.

They have helped a lot with my stress especially with some of my extremely stressful times lately. They are easy to swallow and have a pleasant flavor and I don’t have any discomfort or repeating of the vitamins as they dissolve which is great.
