This lamp is amazing! It uses a specific red color wavelength to induce relaxation and sleepiness and I’m surprised at how well it has worked for me. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night I can turn it on, read from my Kindle a little bit and soon after I will feel sleepy again. Highly recommend!

Alright, so let’s chat about this Gamma Revive red light lamp. I’ve been on the hunt for better sleep for ages, and this thing? Absolute gold. Instead of the usual lights around the house, I’ve been using this red light for about an hour or two before bed. It’s not your average light; it beams at 670nm, which I’ve read is like the sweet spot for helping your body wind down.
And trust me, it does the trick. Not only do I find myself dozing off faster, but I also wake up feeling like I’ve hit the sleep jackpot. Just a heads up: even though it’s fantastic for the pre-sleep vibes, I don’t let it run all night. It’s a “before sleep thing” for me.
And if you’re thinking it’s just for adults, think again! My kiddos are all over it. They’re super into the warm glow, and it’s pretty much become a bedtime superstar in our house.
In a nutshell? If sleep’s been dodging you or if you just wanna try out a different nighttime atmosphere, this lamp’s a winner. It’s simple, effective, and a game-changer in our bedtime routine!

Lowest setting is too bright. Does what it says. Not sure it was worth $100 though…

I set this to the lowest or middle setting as my only light about 30 min+ before going to bed, and I can tell I get sleepier than when I don’t. Also makes great mood lighting.

I followed instructions and noticed the difference immediately. I fall asleep quickly and i gained a couple hours to my sleep cycle.
It also lifts my mood if I need a boost curing the day. This could be psychosomatic. The product doesn’t promise mood lift.
However,, I tried to go to sleep without the light and had a miserable night!

I was a little hesitant about getting the most expensive red light I found on Amazon, even after noticing it has the EXACT NM range that Dr. Huberman recommends on his sleep videos. That said, we wanted to get something that would let us have some light in the bedroom for the last hour or so before sleep, so we got it and tried it out. We are not leaving this on at night, that sounds absurd to me. I am pleasantly surprised, it is very bright at top setting, easy to adjust, and it is white when off so it does not throw most styles. The base feels like sturdy aluminum, so no rust concerns, and it is the part that is touch sensitive. We have noticed better sleep, but note, this is more about removing bright non-red light than it is about using this to “Help.” Additionally, any other benefits of red light this product claims are a little overthought, what I will say is we track our sleep, and since using this we have noticed an uptick in REM and Deep sleep time, with less awake time during the night. We also got a bathroom night light in red, and we do view sun every morning to reset circadian cycles, as these factors also boost sleep, please see Dr. Huberman’s video or Dr. Matthew Walkers book on sleep as no one product is magic, but the combination can make a big difference in sleep quality.
