After just a few minutes of use, I can feel the tension melting away, leaving my neck and shoulders relaxed.
The design of the pillow is simple yet highly effective. It’s comfortable to use and doesn’t require any complicated setup. I love how portable it is, making it easy to take with me wherever I go. I even use it in the bathtub with the added benefit of a hot soak!

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15″. Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the “Epley maneuver.” Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.
FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

The RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer has been a game-changer for me. I often struggle with neck pain and tension, especially after long days at work, and this device has provided noticeable relief. It’s easy to use—just lay down and rest your head on it, and it gently stretches and supports your neck. After just a few minutes, I can feel the tension easing up.
I’ve also found it helpful for TMJ pain, as it relaxes the muscles around my jaw and neck. The design is comfortable, and I love that it doesn’t require any setup or complicated instructions. If you’re looking for a simple and effective way to relieve neck and shoulder pain, this is definitely worth a try!

I do hair and this seems to help the tightness in my neck. You simply lay flat of your backand place it under your head at the neck, raise your knees, and relax. I recommend gradually working up to a few minutes daily. I started at five minutes and worked up to 20. There are two different ways to use this, meaning you can flip it with the curve of it being facing forwards or backwards, to increase the intensity. It gives your back and neck a good stretch!

I was totally taking a gamble for this to work. Even when I first touched it a felt the flexible but not soft material I still doubted. BUT! I was soooo wrong. It’s PERFECT temporary relief for my neck. I have bone spurs on my spine. I have gone through a mountain of pillows trying to find the right neck relief. NOW it’s not a pillow, but think of it more like the most flexible well engineered head rest you ever used. I use it for about 20 minutes then my neck feels so much better. The pillows are enough support after I use it. It’s built to flex and curve and support the neck. It’s is surprisingly the most bang for my buck. I’m glad I risked it a little and tried something different. Bonus info; I also purchased an adjustable self-inflating neck pillow (Grey pillow in pic) I use that after I use this product. It’s the perfect rest after this neck rest helps straighten out my neck pain. You should look those up too. BTW, that’s the mountain of pillows I go through trying to find the right support.

Pretty rigid for a neck relaxer. Stretched well, but because its so firm it does put some pressure on contact points that can be uncomfortable.

I’ve been having neck problems for most of my adult life. I go to a chiropractor twice a month and usually have constant tightness and pain in my neck from vertebrae that are stacked like building blocks. A massage therapist recommended this and I figured, what the heck, I’ll give it a try. I’ve been using it for almost 3 weeks now, 20 minutes a day, and I have noticed an improvement in the pain and stiffness in my neck. For those folks who are very delicate and can’t abide even the slightest discomfort, be warned that this is made from the same stuff as a foam roller for your back and it’s not soft and it’s not comfortable. Maybe it’s worse for me because of my neck issues. Even so, 20 minutes of discomfort for an improvement in the rest of my life is well worth it. Your mileage may vary.

It works for relieving stress in the neck and shoulders. You definitely have to stick with using it, as it can feel uncomfortable for the first couple minutes. Definitely worth the buy!

I love this cervical pillow! As a massage therapist I’m always looking for effective self care tools for myself and my clients. I purchased this to see if it would help with my neck pain and tension headaches. It’s amazing!! I have recommended it to several clients who also have found it helps relieve neck pain, cervical discomfort, tension headache relief, and relief around the occipital area.
