I received this product and have used it multiple times. I am pleased with how it works. I will give it a five star due to ease of operating and benefits acquired from it. I wish it had more instructional information. It would also be nice if it was cordless and could be charged. However, it is understandable as it probably requires a steady source of power. I would recommend it to my friends.

I absolutely love red light therapy. I’ve had the face mask for about a year and a small panel. I wanted a way to get my whole body done at once and decided on this huge mat. I have had the mat now for 3 days and I have felt absolutely incredible everyday! My energy is boundless, I feel happier, I’ve been doing extensive landscaping and this has helped with my muscle soreness so much it’s incredible.
I’m 5’8 and I fit perfectly on this with room to spare. The mat gets so nice and warm it feels so good to lay on. I do 30 min on my back and then I flip it over like a blanket and do 30 min on my front.
I look forward to this so much at the end of the day. It’s easy to roll up and I just keep it under my bed. Not too heavy at all to move around. All my lights work great. Has a timer function and different levels of light. Nothing to set up, just unpack it and plug it in.
It’s an amazing product that has honestly improved my well being.

This has been a blessing! I’m cold natured and it warms me up while also helping to relive joint pain and even seems to boost my energy. Maybe that boost is be cause my pain level decreases.
When it’s new, It smells like black rubber tires but, the more often you use it the more the smell goes away. I Love the length and width and the fact that it fits well on my side of our king size bed and the cord is plenty long enough to reach from my bedside wall socket to the foot of my bed in case I need to flip it end to end.
Keep the box to store it in for safe keeping and/or for taking it with you when you travel. It has a smaller inner box for the cord and green lense glasses.
Leaving it to air out will likely speed the process of dissipating the rubber odor. Inspite of the rubber smell (which fades) this has been a real blessing to me. I am so glad to have it. It doesn’t smell so strong now. I’ve had it about 2 months, if I remember correctly. I have recommended this to my close friends and relatives.

I recently fractured my ankle and purchased this pad to help in the healing process. I like the fact it has two stages of light therapy one deep penetration which was great for the swelling, pain relief, expediency in the fractured bones healing and it gave relief at the same time to the neuropath I suffer from on my foot. The other lights are more superficial and can be used to heal incision sites like I had. It was so easy to use just set the hand held remote and lay back and relax! It is a little smaller than I expected so be certain to read the description. I have to admit this is my third red light therapy pad, and this is the second one from this manufacture. Their pads are easy to keep clean and versatile. This small one would be a great addition for shoulders knees ankle arms , even the small of the back for portable situations.
Personally I don’t regret having multiple sizes in my arsenal as I have found red light therapy so helpful.

I have a large panel Platinum LED red light for home use. This was a perfect size for travel and the office. I can keep up with my red light therapy with this unit away from home. Note this is a small unit. The LED is strong enough to make an impact though and has both NR and IFR options, and a timer. Good product.

This thing was LIFE-changing!!! Truly. But then a strip of the lights just stopped working after 5 uses. SO SAD!! But, these things happen.
Fortunately, I was still with my 30-day window (with only 3 hours left on the clock). I returned it for a refund.
Time went by. I missed the darn thing so much that I took a chance, started over, and bought a brand new one, 12 days after my return. This was a whole new transaction, starting from scratch.
The new blanket arrived today, and it currently seems to be in working order, but!—I am very worried about potential shipping damage.
Here is why: the GMOWNW Red Light Blanket product box was crushed inside of its outer, verrry up-cycled, Amazon shipping box, which arrived barely taped together, with giant gaps all along its opening lid-flap side.
Note: I figured that the Amazon fulfillment center (in my major US city) must have hit some struggle points due to voluminous Prime Day sales. Maybe they had to outsource extra boxing labor, and those boxers were brand new to boxing. Being new, they might not have known how to discern which used boxes might still be reusable for shipping purposes and which should be sent immediately to recycling. No matter who was doing the boxing, they clearly didn’t know how to tape a box closed, and the ability to tape is really the most basic of boxing skills. Right?
So that I would have a record of the damage, I started taking pictures and realized the strangest thing about this weathered, crushed, quasi-taped shipping box…
This box was somehow the VERY SAME, old-old Amazon shipping box that I had returned my broken red light blanket in, weeks ago.
Mind you, this was a *return*, not an exchange.
I recognized this outer box immediately. I knew every inch of it, in fact. When I had prepared that box for shipping, it had already seen its healthiest days, and I had second thoughts about using it, even then (2 shipping trips ago!). But I was careful to remove all of the old shipping labels from its past journeys, and I taped it and taped it and taped it securely closed. Mind you, this was all to protect a broken product from becoming even more broken and also to completely comply with Amazon’s return instructions. Even with all my careful packing, I was still afraid that Amazon might fault me for the very-ugly (but still highly functional) box. I examined every inch of that box, fretting over its scratches and weathered spots. I knew it would all be fine, but I’d never returned an item like this before. I wanted to be extra-careful. So, I reeeealllly knew this box, as strange as that sounds.
Then, off it went. Done. Over.
That box, with my old broken product inside, arrived at my Amazon processing center, long before I decided to invest in another mat. That box must have sat somewhere, in some giant warehouse, for days and days, broken down for recycling (I assume), in a pile, between piles and piles of others like it. Then, in a moment of great-need, it was shabbily rebuilt. Then—by of some sort of insanely weird what-are-the-odds timing—along comes my whole *new* red light blanket order, and kabaam inside it goes. How is that randomness-meets-precision even possible??
Anyway, the box did not do well on this last journey. At all.
Fingers crossed for the blanket!
The company did include a certificate for a 2-year warranty, so that makes me feel a little better.
Update: Loving my new blanket! It is AWESOME!! Truly. Life-changing. ForREAL!

For the price, this effectively relieves my neck pain. I do find it difficult to wrap it comfortably around my neck, so I do have to lie in bed to use it.
