I bought this because I wanted a to use red light lamp during the say when I am working, and this fits well on my desk. The lamp is sturdy but light and easy to assemble and set up. I like the levels of brightness, the timer and the choice of combinations of infrared with blue or red light. I have been using it from the day that I received it and am happy with it. It certainly keeps me free from the pain in my shoulder muscles. When I forget to do red light therapy for a couple of days, the pain slowly starts again, so I know red light therapy works. It also helps my muscles relax in general and not ache, especially on cold days. Of course, I keep the light on my face as well, but that effect is ongoing, and I will not be able to determine how the red light helps skin. I am pleased with this lamp.

Red light therapy really works I had something on my arm that would not go away it just kept getting bigger. So I tried red light therapy and the pictures are before and after only five sessions. Red light therapy is good for hair growth the picture above is my son using it for hair growth. Red light therapy is used for so many things wrinkles, weight loss, nerve regeneration, truly so much more.

This is a high quality therapy light and I have already noticed fewer headaches, better mood, and a smoother texture to my skin. I cannot imagine the quality being any better in a professional setting, but I now get the same quality at home. Highly recommended.

My sister told me about these devices, so when I saw this red light therapy lamp, I knew I needed to order it. As soon as it arrived I headed to my sisters house to try it out with her, since she knows a lot about this type of device. We discovered that it’s easy to use and offers ample brightness to feel like it’s effective. It’s a high quality product that even has a timer, and even though I can’t speak to any longer term effects from using it just yet, I can say that for the price I think this device is a great deal. If you’re looking for a quality red light therapy device then look no further than this lamp with a base because it’s the ideal size and design and seems to be working great. I highly recommend it!

Well, I’m one of those folks a little bit behind on things like red light therapy. I had heard of it a while back, then noticed I was seeing a lot of red light products on the market.
So, I did some research on red, as well as blue light therapy. My research indicated there are quite a few benefits of the therapy.
I ordered this to see if it would be as helpful as research suggests. When it arrived, I was excited to try it out.
It appears to be made with high quality materials. Well made. It was reasonably easy to set up. Of course, since I’m new to it, I was overly cautious using it the first time. I’m glad sunglasses were included.
Having only used it only once so far, I don’t have any results yet. I plan to use it several times a week and see if I can see results.
I’m satisfied with this product and will report back if there are any adverse issues with it.

I’ve been using home light therapy since 2007 when I was pregnant with my second child. I had intense hormonal acne and wasn’t allowed to use topical treatments. My dermatologist said that light was my only real option. It helped tremendously.
A lot more scientific study has been done on this type of therapy since then and the market has been flooded with devices–now with more efficient LEDs than the old fluorescents I originally used. And now, 17 years later, that child is a teenager with acne. And I have developed roseacea. I thought we could both benefit from this device. His acne had been mild but a few months ago exploded so we had to step up from the mild interventions we had been using before. He doesn’t mind using this device, which is good. I’m seeing impressive results on his acne combined with Differin gel. Fewer cysts and whiteheads forming and the angry inflammation around existing lesions is shrinking and fading.
This device is simple to put together. The accompanying booklet is reassuringly filled with accurate information that is very well-written.
For this price, with this number of light diodes, this is a no brainer to me. If I need another one, I’d purchase the same model in a heartbeat.
