This is a nice flexible and very portable red light device. It works great on the neck area and any joint where you want to stray the device directly to the body part. Has adjustable setting for light intensity and runs for 20 minutes and automatically shuts off which is nice. Obviously doesn’t cover a large area but this is nice for small areas and you can connect it to a power device so you can move around if necessary. Provides improvement in nitric oxide levels, reduces inflammation of joints plus many other benefits.

Worse the plug-in or, I use it with a battery pack USB plug and provide lots of heat to the neck to help relax

I appreciate the overall build quality; they feel robust and have so far withstood the rigors of my active lifestyle without showing signs of wear. The design provides ample coverage, ensuring that my eyes are well-protected from the sun’s rays, which is especially important when I’m out on the water or hitting the trails.
However, I do wish these sunglasses came with Optical Density (OD) ratings. As someone who is very particular about eye protection, knowing the OD rating is crucial since it indicates the amount of light of specific wavelengths that the glasses can block. While these glasses are stylish and provide some level of protection, having an OD rating would reassure me that they are effective against intense light in different environments.
Despite this, I’m pleased with my purchase. They’re great for casual wear and offer a significant level of comfort and protection. Perfect for anyone who wants to add a touch of style to their outdoor gear without compromising on eye safety. Just remember, if you require glasses with a known OD rating for specific activities, you might want to look for specialized eyewear.

I was skeptical, but I really tried to find the cheapest belt with the best reviews. So far, AFTER SIX MONTHS This belt is still stronger than my large waist belt that was about 40 dollars more. Just right now, I was having really sore neck pain, because I received a Thai massage yesterday. I realized that I could use the red light therapy to heal my neck. When I first put it on, I wrapped it with just a few fingers space, and I felt a ton of pulsation in my neck from my circulation. So, I loosened it to just barely seal in the lights, and I felt light pulsation from my circulation. After 30 minutes, my neck didn’t feel as tender, and muscles felt loose. This belt is worth the 20 bucks!

Very portable and a great value for the cost. It came with a long USBC cable and a power brick, so that was a nice bonus enabling it to be used in the car, with a battery pack or hooked into an outlet.
The heat it puts out is nice. Whether it actually does near IR or not, I’m not sure, but it helps with the flares that happen with my chronic joint pain and has been beneficial on muscle strains. Usually I travel with a regular heating pad but now I just need this. And it fits really well in my purse.
It was recommended to me by someone who has used professional red light therapy and said the benefits using this were similar (although obviously on a smaller scale) so the quality seems to be there. When I have professional RLT, I’ll update my review with my own experience

It didn’t work at all. The plug did not fit properly. We had a serious health issue here and I could not get it returned in the return window so now I’m stuck
