I bought this red light therapy pad for my legs and arms, and it works great. I was in a car accident and had to have my lower legs, skin grafted, as well as scars on my arms. So I bought this red light therapy pad, hoping that it would help to reduce the scarring and so far so good. Seems to be working great!

User friendly just small hand held switch with digital settings timer to 30 min per pop. I got smaller one and size is nice for every day and to bring on the road. I use it for everything really from head aches to sore muscles to put over wounds to help healing. I’d like to think that with longer use it helps a lot more but I think it helps with circulation but it does relax muscles for sure. Also works as decent heating pad. Neoprene used for this pad is heavy in smell when you first start using it however after a while it does air out but it would be nice if it was odor free. Much healthier experience if you’re sensitive which I am.

I have been treating a knee injury, strained muscles for over three weeks, and, it isn’t really as effective as I was led to believe. The cord keeps coming out of the light pad and will not stay in. Would not recommend.
