The mattress was okay overall. It inflated quickly and didn’t have any unpleasant odors, which was great. The box was heavy but manageable. Sleeping on it was comfortable at first, but the major issue is the sinking. Both my partner and I found ourselves sinking almost halfway into the mattress, which made it less supportive than we’d hoped. While the price is fair for what you get, the sinking was a dealbreaker for us. If you prefer a firmer mattress or need more support, this might not be the best option.

Seems to be a very good mattress so far-firm and comfortable. Came rolled up tightly bagged and boxed. It was quite heavy as the box did not really give you anything to grab onto. But otherwise I got it in and it decompressed most of the way within 8-10 hours, and fully within 48 hours. I got at 10am and slept on it by 11pm. Pay attention to the directions as you can speed this up with a warm room and air circulation (like a fan).

I ordered this mattress (14 inch Queen) for my son and daughter in law for a Christmas present. The mattress has been out of the box for 4 days now and it is only up to 11 inches. It is uncomfortable! They say it is like sleeping on springs. To return the mattress, it says it has to be in the original box. Really??? How in the world do you fit a mattress that was vacuum compacted back into the box… let alone get it down the stairs of their house. I am very disappointed! I now have to order a mattress topper to go onto the brand new mattress that I ordered.

Very happy with our purchase. No odors we could detect (and we’re picky about that), and even though it says to allow 72 hours to fully expand, within 15 minutes we could tell it was plenty comfortable for the occasional use we expect to use it for, but no reason it wouldn’t be fine for full-time use. I don’t see how the folks with the poor reviews got the same mattress, unless they had it upside down; the memory foam and padding are only on the top. Placed directly on a cheap metal frame (the kind with the wires going across), it was perfectly flat, stable, and comfortable. And as a bonus, it has handles on the sides to move it around.
Great Support – Worth the Heavy Lifting –
Picked up the 12-inch queen size at a great price, and it’s definitely worth it! Heads up, though – the box is super heavy, so you’ll need some muscle to get it in place. Once opened, I could tell the materials and build are high quality. I noticed it has denser pull points in the middle, probably for added support around the waist area, which is awesome. I marked it for myself so I know exactly where to align when I sleep.
I’m around 200 lbs and usually toss and turn a lot, but since using this mattress, that’s pretty much stopped. I sleep on my side and haven’t felt any soreness or discomfort, which is new for me! My back feels supported and aligned, and the mattress feels even all the way through. Love that it has handles on the side to help move it too – makes handling a lot easier. I came from a medium-firm plush mattress that was always too hot and lacked support. This one really does the job right. Highly recommend for the price!

Bought a full-size mattress for my 6 year old and it came on time and rolled out of the box with no hassle. It was clean and easy to move and we got it set up very quickly. It is very soft and bouncy and he absolutely loves it! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a value mattress!

My husband thought there was no way an entire queen mattress was in that box. But once we unrolled it, it inflated quickly. We let it set overnight, and it is super comfy. No wierd smell. I will say I think the edges could use more reinforcement as it gives a lot of you sit on the side of the bed. But overall, great quality for the price. Very functional, clean, and comfy. Slept like a baby!

Heavy mattress. Took 2 people to carry upstairs. When compressing the mattress they only roll it up lengthwise, no folding. So the box was 76” long. Easy to unroll the first layer of plastic. Started expanding quickly. Then cut open the inside layer of plastic with the cutting tool they gave in the ziploc bag. No smell to the mattress. Inflates quick enough to sleep on first night. Actually expanded to 14”. Soft yet firm. I was worried about buying something like this online, but the gamble payed off. Back aches are no more. This king size 14” firm mattress is pretty perfect. Don’t hesitate to buy. Definitely worth the price.
