It’s reasonably effective, but the taste is so nasty – sharp and bitter – that I have trouble using it. There’s no reason for it to taste this awful.

I am a huge fan of this product. I noticed results nearly immediately. I am a highly sensitive individual that has been dealing with chronic, ongoing stress and this has been game changing. I feel more balanced & relaxed. I also notice I don’t crave caffeine much anymore. It’s great that it is in liquid form so you can adjust the dosage accordingly.
As for the taste, its a supplement, what do people expect? I would rather have a less appetizing *health* supplement than to be consuming additional additives. It is genuinely not bad. Chase it with water or juice and you’re good to go. Highly recommend.

Was taking Neuro calm by designs for health It was okay then they changed their formula It was awful couldn’t tolerate the taste.
I tried this liposomal calm I love it! It works better and tastes better. Thank you a really awesome calming product!

The flavor isn’t that offensive to me and definitely is worth tolerating because this stuff works. My sleep quality has improved and if I do wake up during the night, I just take a pump or 2 of this magic potion and poof, sleeping soundly again. I use much less than the recommended dose, but I usually take much less of all supplements and medicines.

The last bottle had a top that would come loosen on each use and later came off, which caused a loss of the contents, This made it a waste of money, nearly $40 wasted. The other thing to consider is the spray pump does not get all of the fluid out when it gets close to empty. I would not recommend the product any longer and am going to a version that does not use a spray pump. I tried to get my money back, but was told it wasn’t returnable. I do not like writing negative reviews, but people need to know this. I would greatly appreciate a refund, but I won’t get my hopes up.

I keep this near my bed in case I wake up in the middle of the night. I take a couple pumps and go back to sleep after a short while. This is a very good brand used by several of my Functional medicine doctors. I also take Gabby twice a day as my functional medicine doc told me I was deficient. The one thing I don’t like about this is the taste thus the four stars!

1st and foremost, some people are sensitive to GABA & some aren’t, however Quicksilver Scientific found a way to encase it into liposome, with L-Theanine and as someone said, It is a game changer!
1st of all take the entire protective wrapper off of the damn thing so you can keep the top on tightly, and not complain that the bottle leaks!
One squirt after I take my minerals and I will sleep like a baby the entire night.
The best GABA product out there!
