I had reservations about ordering a mattress in a box,but I must admit that I have had the best sleep ever since receiving my purchase. The quality is great, and there’s no noise whatsoever. The mattress was fully inflated before the end of the day. My quality of sleep has improved. The mattress is not too heavy.

I knew this mattress was compressed, so I could put it in my travel trailer. packaging and delivery par for the course. cut plastic sleeve to unfurl open let it expand. I liked the plush feel on top and firmness.

Bought it for my mom. She loves it. Very heavy and comfortable mattress. Shipping box does include a cutter but I did not use it. I used a scissor. Bad idea. Almost cut the mattress. Pls use the attached cutter.

Legitimately the worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. We were desperate for a mattress due to moving sort of rapidly and not being able to take out our mattresses due to the amount of space. We have attempted to sleep on this garbage pile for twenty something days now and the quality of sleep started out terrible and consistently continues to deteriorate. This mattress is firm and yet somehow at the same time offers basically zero support for your back or lower lumbar. If you even look at the edge of the bed it basically starts to fold in and you start to roll off. After just this short couple of weeks the bed is already forming depressions where we sleep. It is extremely bouncy feeling in all the worst ways. The side of the bed offer zero support which is not good because we are used to a king mattress and this makes a queen feel even smaller when you have to stay 10 inches away from the edge of it. I’m seriously so disappointed we wasted $250.00 and now trying to process a return they say you have to put it into the original box like oh yeah let me just put this pile through my industrial mattress compressor machine and vacuum seal it back up into a little burrito. *Edit to my original review attempted to post. Still giving a terrible rating because the product is terrible. However Amazon did make it right and get us a refund and I donated the bed and went to the store and bought a new one and it’s like sleeping on a cloud.

I had to set it up myself and I had no problem. It was ready to go in no time and is very comfortable.

I was not expecting too much given the price is too reasonable and this definitely exceeds my expectations. I wanted a new mattress because I am expecting and I have been experiencing a lot of pain from my back and my hip. This mattress is thick and supportive. I have been sleeping way better after getting this new mattress. I do want to point out that this mattress is quite heavy and would require two people to move.

This mattress is for a guest room. It’s pretty firm, so you would think there would be good support. I’m not happy with the soft the sides of the mattress. It seems like you will roll off if you had to sleep near the edge. To be determined this weekend after my1st guest arrive.
