- Contains Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Oil, and Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract. The blend is stored in an amber glass bottle and includes a top sticker and European dropper cap.
- Diffuse or use in an aromatherapy inhaler to enjoy this soothing and sweet aroma before going to bed. This blend is also great to dilute with your favorite carrier oil and apply topically. For a relaxing bath before bed, add 2-3 drops to your body wash or unscented shampoo and add to your bath water.

I’m leaving 5 star reviews on all PlantTherapy products. I’ve bought many different Amazon brands, I’ve bought from Scentsy and doTerra, and similar large businesses and nothing comes close to the value of Plant Therapy. These are pure undiluted essential oils JUST like doTerra but for a fraction of the price.
Each batch is tested for Quality and Purity, similar to doTerra products, and the results of each test is displayed on their website. The standard is to do third-party lab tests to protect the integrity of the results, and this is what PT does. I feel much safer knowing that I’m inhaling real essential oils.
Highly, highly recommend this company!!! Whether you buy from Amazon or from their site, the quality is consistent. I just buy from Amazon to use my prime benefits and for peace of mind.

I ran out of my doTERRA Serenity essential oil and needed something quick, This delivers (haha) and the scent and sleep aid effects are similar.

I was skeptic about the results of this oil, but it was a Great surprised that it makes me sleep all night long. I really love this oil and used it every night in my diffuser, also I put a little bit on my wrists and feet and on the palm of my hands and I smelled it for a few minutes while Im in bed.

I have used Plant Therapy oils off and on for several years. My most recent purchase was “Sleep Tight.” I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep at night and/or waking up after a few hours. I diffuse the oil all night and it has definitely helped. It smells wonderful! Would recommend this oil.
