A suivre

It’s very pretty, but doesn’t actually distribute the scent.

Beautifully crafted – goes well with my decor. Diffuser emits the scent. It’s satisfying.

It’s a bit bigger than I expected it to be but it still looks lovely.

I bought this for my desk at work because my lava rock from doTERRA broke. It’s cute but I really can’t smell my essential oil, I’ve put a few drops to a lot of drops and the smell is very subdued to nothing at all most the time. I wouldn’t but it again.

Chipped a teenie tiny bit during shipping, but I just turn it around and it’s not at all noticeable.
The first time I used it, I put about 10 drops on and it soaked that up like it was thirsty. Scent lasted only 3-4 hours.
However, the next day I used about 8 drops and the scent lasted 5-6 hours.
This morning I put on 6 drops and I feel the scent will last all day.
It’s not a strong in-your-face scent unless you’re right next to it.
Would be perfect for the bathroom, as a gift, or as a cute decor addition.

It’s hard to find a passive diffuser and that is exactly what this is. The lotus flower and base are very attractive and it seems to hold the essential oil fragrance pretty well without worrying about any spillage. We like it in our closet with cedar oil.

I had ‘heard’ some say that the oils stained theirs a color, mine did not so far. It is super cute and bigger than I realized (no I did not really look at the true dimensions). I found that although it worked as it states, the scent is very localized. So, if you put this in a ‘room’ to use it doesn’t work very well. I have one at my home desk for a relaxing smell and it works great. The one I tried putting in my living room for just like a background air freshener didn’t work so well. Unless you are right by the diffuser you cannot smell anything coming off of it or anywhere else in the room.

As you can see, I have mine on a dark surface so it sets it off really nicely. I ordered two, and I’m glad that I did because they are really elegant looking. Plus, I just drop the essential oil onto the center petal of the lotus flower because I don’t like it to be an overwhelming scent. It’s perfect!

Now you no longer have to plug anything in or have mist in the air. Works well – be sure to use good quality essential oils

I was searching for an unglazed ceramic diffuser, since oil-filled reed diffusers are now out of the question with our new kitten who likes to climb and bat things around, and this popped up. It was hard to tell what material it is, because a couple of places in the description it says the material is “paper” (???), a couple of places it says “ceramic,” and a couple of other places it says “plaster.” I chalked it up to language barrier and took a chance.
*** It is 100% PLASTER. ***
Despite that confusion and that it is not the material I expected, I like this so far. It’s pretty. Since it’s brand new, it took more than a few drops of my essential oil blend in the center to get the scent to be noticeable (I assume the first few absorbed so deep that I just couldn’t smell them), but I put probably 8 or 9 drops total 6 hours ago, and the scent is still quite noticeable. All I want from a passive diffuser is a light scent when I’m actually here in my office, not 24/7 blasting smell permeating the house.
It’s probably overpriced for a hunk of molded plaster on a wood tray, but it was packaged very well with cut-to-fit foam padding and it was double boxed, so it arrived in great shape. I do appreciate good packaging, and I know that’s not cheap.
I’m not sure how it will hold up over the long run, being plaster, but we’ll find out. If it ends up being a bust, I’ll update my review.
Since a few other people mentioned the size, the photo shows it in my outstretched palm to give you a sense of it. The lotus flower is about 4 inches across, and the tray is 5 inches square.
This would probably be a five-star review if it weren’t for the misleading information about what it’s actually made out of.

I love essential oils, but I have cats and it is not safe to use most essential oils around cats. Most diffusers use a mist and aerosolize the oil and water, which means your pets can breath it in or get it in their fur and lick it off. So I have mostly had to live without using my essential oils – that is, until I found this!! Some people in the comments say the smell doesn’t fill the room, but in my experience it does. Depends on the size of the room of course, and how many drops you use. But for my night table I use 2 -3 drops before bed and it’s great! In the office where I have it a little further away, I use a few more drops, but I find it works well to fill the space! However you do need to make sure you have a spot that is out of reach of your pets, bit other than that – this thing is amazing! I can use my oils again! Nothing is dispensed in the air in a passive diffuser, so it’s pet safe! And it’s quite aesthetically pleasing as well! I find it’s nice to have on the entrance table, or in a bathroom if you have guests over. You can add a nice, light, inviting scent to the space.
