The shipping was remarkably fast, and the bottle arrived securely sealed. The pills are easy to swallow, although, as others have noted, there is a slight fishy odor. However, I did not experience any aftertaste, contrary to some reviews. On the first day, I took three pills instead of the recommended six, and that provided me with a noticeable 6 hours boost of energy. I have continued taking only 3 pills in the morning. I plan to continue with the 3 pills since it provides a steady stream of energy. Over all, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I’m not sure I noticed any difference taking these, but they get 3 stars because they seem like a quality product and were delivered on time. However, I did stop taking them after finding out that spirulina inhibits B12 absorption. As a vegan I lack B12 in my diet to begin with so I’d prefer not to take something that will make it harder to absorb what I do get. I’m sure if you took your B12 at a different time as these then it’d be fine, but I can hardly remember to take my vitamins once a day, let alone multiple times. So, if you’re vegan and struggle with your B12 levels, you may want to find a different amino supplement.

I really like those and the fact that they are natural and don’t have a bunch of crap in them. I think people should take them during the day and not at night because I noticed I had pretty bad night sweats when I took them at night. A nice side effect was hair growth. My hair got so much longer without me trying to get that result which was a nice surprise.
