I use these for the kids to help take the edge off them. They definitely seem to help & the flavor is really good. We already use melatonin so I tend to use these late afternoon to just help calm them. No issues with them.

I take valerian root nightly for a good night’s sleep. These gummies taste good and are easy to chew. Valerian root doesn’t make you sleepy like melatonin but insures that one asleep you get good solid rest and sound sleep. Recommended.

I normally take melatonin every night and still don’t get the best sleep, so I added these hoping to see some improvement. The gummies taste really great and of course are easy to take, but I’m not sure they made much difference in my sleep quality. I’ve finished the bottle and it’s been about 50/50 in improved nights.

I recently started using these Valerian Root gummies due to wanting to cut costs and my previous ones while they are amazing are just too expensive and I have to cut down in some places. These gummies taste good and are a bit stronger than my previous ones so if your a bit sensitive to any sleep supporters or medication than these gummies you can eat just a half but I take a whole one and I’m going to see Mr Sandman in about 30-40mins 😴 Definitely worth the price and work just as well as my previous brand just not organic like my old ones.
