I use this on days where I’m not as active or am not feeling as sleepy at night. This stuff works better than my regular melatonin! I get sleepy really quickly and fall asleep fast. The taste isn’t too bad either. I would have it sent to your home when you’re planning to be there though. Our second order melted in the hot sun when we were at work 🙁

These work very well. I will take a couple within an hour of when I want to go to sleep. They kick in within a half hour and I’m out. I work third shift so taking some thing to help me sleep during the days is helpful. I have noticed if I wake up early there is not much affect from them, but this is also good because I don’t want lingering affects when I wake up later for work. I like the taste and I also give it to my dog when she’s feisty and I need to go to sleep. I don’t know if that’s recommended but we’ve been doing it for a long time and they help her relax and haven’t seen any negative affect. Plus, Dogs can safely take melatonin. They are only ones she’ll eat so it works.

The taste of these are pleasing. Slightly herbal taste with the berry flavor but very good overall. These are pretty effective when I use them. I notice they make me feel a slight drowsy on the nights I do use these vs the nights I don’t. Which is good, it’s what you want in your sleep aid gummies. Just make sure you’re ready for bed before using. I sleep really good the nights o use these. Very easy to eat before bed, no long lasting taste lingering in your mouth. Bought a few times and will buy again.

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
