As I age, I have more difficulty staying asleep. I have used 3-5 mg of melatonin with variable results. The added ingredients in this product seem to be what helps it work well. I do need to check with my MD to make sure there are no contraindications to using the L-Theanine since I am 63 and take BP meds. You can do your own investigation. For now, I have been using this product without any untoward side effects. They do have an odd taste, but it is really no big deal, especially since the product is better than any other OTC sleep product I have tried. There is also no foggy hangover effect either. It is so nice to get a good night’s rest for a change!

I love that these gummy’s work!
I’ve never experienced any side effects from them. The texture is not super soft or firm. They’re a good size. The strength is perfect for me. They help me to sleep and to stay asleep.
I highly recommend them. Great product!

I bought this product because I thought having a sleep aid in gummy form would be quick and easy, but it’s anything but that. First of all, it’s tough to chew and takes over 30 seconds to dissolve. Why not a capsule? Secondly the dosage makes no sense. Take two?? Why? Just increase the dosage. Thirdly it makes no sense. If it were sugar free it would be better, because I want them by my bedside and I don’t want to brush my teeth after using it but with all the sugar I have to keep it next to my toothbrush which is weird. Overall it’s exactly what I ordered but I had no idea it would be so impractical.

Olly Brand Melatonin Gummies are the ONLY melatonin gummies that work for my sleep issues. I have such a hard time falling asleep at night and have tried almost every single melatonin capsule or gummy on the market. Ok these are really good and have helped me sleep..I recently purchased the larger size here on Amazon and received an EXPIRED one from 4-2023 frm 13 months past expiration date!!
! see pics ..when trying to replace it immediately says u can’t return but when asking for more help the AI ACTUALLY sends replacement so I will be back with a new pic and replacement pic ..I never thought to check date-(NOW I WILL )-but they were stale and a little funny on the tummy ..I’m sure some people have strong stomachs but then they aren’t as strong so maybe half the dosage strength ..other than that really good product supplement ..I guess this review is more on Amazon shipping quality control …or just making sure it’s more visible for a person who is checking ..sometimes when we’re tired it’s easy to over look this ..that’s why when I get correct fresh batch I’ll. Put it back to a 5 star as it being replaced quickly is 5 star service on amazons side and the brand OLLY SLEEP GUMMY FORMULA IS A 5 ⭐️
Weirdly it’s still hard and stale I wonder if the larger bottles aren’t as fresh or stored differently ..my 2nd time buying from Amazon and the second bottle larger sizes both stale time on wonder if buying larger sizes does that I’ll have to go to purchase from local store see if it’s just Amazon having bigger inventory and stored differently than local let’s say cvs or WHOLE FOODS..anyway back up to five stars Amazon does have great service !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don’t seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.

I’m kind of an uneasy sleep at times and I take two of these so that I sleep extra deep and sometimes I’m a little groggy from taking two but they taste so darn good. They’re really a heavy grape flavor. It’s kind of like a grape and a wine kind of flavor I can’t really describe it but it’s really really good so when I eat them, I eat them really slow because I love the flavor and I don’t want to see myself snacking on them. I don’t know what the hell that would do to me, but they are super good and you don’t taste medicine in them. I hate when you get gummy and then they taste like medicine, and these do not these are so good that I have to be careful. I don’t start eating more of them and they do work. I’ve had melatonin before and this is actually the best brand I’ve ever had the best version of this brand because it’s really strong and one would work But when I’m going through some stressful times I take two and they really do the trick often you take melatonin depending on the brand and you don’t even know if it’s working or not but this definitely works and I doze off slowly so I can watch a movie or a show and take them and just as the show is about over I start drifting off just really peacefully Which I really like so many brands you take and you wait and you wait and you wait your Wideawake waiting to fade and you don’t and these are just perfect. You fade slowly and it’s a gradual fade and drift off to sleep and it’s really nice. I even dream when I’m sleeping and a lot of times I don’t do that , so it’s worked out really well and I have fatigue issues so it does have me sleeping deep enough that I feel a difference in my energy the next day and I will probably buy no other melatonin again but this brand and this version of this brand

Just because they didnt work for me doesn’t mean they won’t for you. The taste and texture is good.
