タンパク質の中に10％含まれているという・・・
あと割愛します。
とにかく、コレステロール低下、インスリンの働きを整えてくれる、髪をふさふさにする、ヘルペスを抑制するなどいいことづくめ。
私の場合、500ｍｇで十分かな？
飲まないと絶不調になりますもん。
