Only used it a few nights but didn’t work for me. Still woke up every two hours! Probably try it a few more nights but so far disappointed! I was hoping the time release would help.

The product is great, the lid will not stay closed though. You’ll either have to transfer pills to a better container or keep it upright somewhere because the lid WILL stay open and they’ll spill everywhere.

I’d been taking NOW 5 mg capsules but ordered sustained- release by mistake. They work so much better!
They last longer so if you wake in the middle of the night for any reason, you’re able to fall back asleep.

Amazing stuff. Doesn’t put you to sleep, but keeps you sleeping once you’re out. I’ve been taking it in combination with regular melatonin, and have had very good results.

Sleep ( and I researched and this product
Is verifiably consistent at 5 mg melatonin
Some melatonin products are not consistent in the real amount described
And the price is awesome
