It’s sturdy but also soft to the touch, easy to install, affordable, comfortable, well made, gives you the best sleep you’ve ever had and my back pain is gone. I would definitely recommend. For the price, this mattress is a great deal with no chemical odor. It quickly expands to its normal size. It became thick and soft. We have nothing to complain about. We would buy it again.

Great product really comfortable but it takes a little because the mattress is very firm but eventually you can feel you body forming to the mattress. No foul smells, is very true to size. I like how when you get up the mattress goes back to shape quickly

I bought this twin mattress because I needed a bed for my guest room. This twin size medium-firm memory foam mattress has exceeded my expectations. The unboxing experience was a breeze; it was very easy to take out of the box and wrapper. Once set up, I noticed it was not too heavy to move around just by myself, making it easy to position perfectly in my guest room.
Pros:

We replaced a king coil spring mattress that we have been using for about 2 years. But the mattress with comfort and quality and a decent/affordable price tag were my screening factors for a new incoming king mattress. After some digging, we found this mattress around $300 that matched the criteria. The return for the mattress is very difficult and tiresome, so I was skeptical at first but after using for more than a month I am comfortable to comment in its features and mention in its review so that it helps the fellow buyers.
We have been sleeping in this mattress more than a month and both me and my wife found to be comfortable. The packaging was good, convenient and compact in a box and it was indeed an easy set up. The mattress opens up with a simple cut with a small knife (provided) and after 48 hours of leaving it to be fully inflated, the measurements were almost as mentioned for the product. The material layers in the mattress is satisfactory for the comfort quality and back support for its price. In regard to the firmness level, it is a medium firm mattress. The back support for me and my wife was right (we both are 140-150 lbs) for its firm category but might differ for a different weight category. There is no sinking and tossing of another person sleeping beside and it is relatively stable with the medium firmness. And finally the price was perfect. For the cons, the side edges of the mattress is not evenly firm and might feel little soggy but its a concern in all of the foam mattress. As we did not utilize the the edge for sleeping, so no issues there.
Overall, a good affordable and comfortable-medium firm mattress from Novilla that delivers a good night sleep without back pain. Sleep like a baby in an adult-like inexpensive price.

I’ve had this bed now for about 2 weeks. It is a bit more firm than I had anticipated and it is definitely not cooling. However I was was ok with it ONLY because it helped tremendously with my back pain! Yesterday things went south….I had spilled some WATER on it yesterday morning 5/23/2024. It soaked through the mattress cover (which came with the bed). I removed the cover from the mattress. I towel dried inside and out side of the cover. I even used a fan to make sure it dried completely. It now REEKS like Wet dog!! I got in touch with the manufacturer and the customer service representative Gabrielle told me due to the fine print in the warranty (the cover and zipper are not covered) there was nothing she could do for me and said moving forward I should “put a tarp on the mattress”! Very unprofessional and RUDE! WtF! The mattress shouldn’t smell like anything from water being spilled on it! WATER! After exchanging several emails and getting nowhere, I asked to converse with a supervisor. She never sent that request through! I don’t know what this mattress cover is made from but it’s definitely not good quality!! In the owners Manuel provided how to spot clean/dry which I did. I ended up having to take the mattress cover to the dump! It also says “what to do if you notice mildew on the mattress” and the answer is put rubbing alcohol on it. Why in the world would a mattress promote the growth of mildew! Nasty! Do not buy this product! You will regret it. The customer service is horrendous! No wonder it was so cheap!!
