Bought this for my wife because she is an oven when she sleeps. It’s very cool, however if you sleep with it under the blankets it does not stay as cool. Shocking I know. It’s not a complaint just a fact. lol. Worth the money.

So, I’m not sure why others liked these pillows. I received mine and immediately had some questions. There were no real instructions with them but there was a slip of paper that highly encouraged me to email the company…so I did. It’s been more than a week. Nearly ten days with no response (and I’ve checked my spam folder). Maybe they thought I was joking. I don’t know. Here is a copy of my email, it sums up my thoughts pretty well. Am I just too old and too stupid to understand pillows? I just opened this box of pillows and I’m not sure why the reviews are good. I look at the picture on the side, and even if I combine all the stuffing from both pillows, I won’t have a pillow that large. It tells me I can add or remove stuffing but the only option is to remove stuffing (unless I borrow from another pillow) and then I might as well just not use a pillow at all. If I do use the stuffing from the other pillow, I really haven’t purchased two pillows at all; I’m not entirely sure I even purchased one entire pillow if I combine them. That being said, is the foam supposed to have rough edges? Am I supposed to be poked in the face when I lay down on it? I looked for any sort of instructions in the box or a link to a video telling me if I needed to leave these out for a day or fluff them in the dryer or take a belt sander to the stuffing in order to smooth down the edges and there wasn’t anything. The reason I’m contacting you instead of just returning them is your pillows did have good reviews on Amazon and so I’m hoping this was just a bad a batch. Maybe? There was no included extra foam to stuff with. And I had no trouble sliding the pillow back into the condom like wrapper which one would think would be difficult. It wasn’t even a challenge. What do you recommend I do at this point? Should I just send them back to Amazon and ask for an exchange or is this just what the product is and I should return it? Truthfully, I’m not sure how a pillow this heavy is actually going to be cooling. It doesn’t feel soft at all. First impressions are lumpy couch cushions like when I was in college and bought a used couch and couldn’t afford nice things. Please help!

On time!!! Looks really great, haven’t used yet but looking forward to a good night’s rest quality is great, size is perfect no smell stuffing is nice I made a very good choice for the price.

I would not call it cooling-it just doesn’t get hot. No more waking up hot. Very comfortable-soft but very supportive.

I bought these for the cooling feature..but most versatile pillow..I am side sleeper, husband sleeps on his stomach…both very particular about pillows..my husband says best pillow he has ever had…I must admit the pillow melts into any position..and re-fluffs beautifully. The pillow doesn’t cool, but does not seem to get as warm as a normal pillow..so I really like that too. No neck pain so far!..

They fluff up pretty quickly and seem comfortable enough. However, they do not stay cool.

I’m in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy and I’m having a hard time getting comfortable in bed or waking up without pain. I got a big U-Shaped pregnancy pillow but it was awful. It was fluffy, but offered 0 support and firmness. Also the stuffing made me so hot!
I decided to try this and I’m soooo glad I did! The memory foam means it actually has some support and firmness to it and it stays pretty cool. It is heavy, but it’s worth it. I put it between my legs and hug the pillow with a 2nd pillow behind my back for extra support. I can ACTUALLY sleep in my bed again! And I don’t wake up with pain and stiffness. Highly recommend if the traditional pregnancy pillow isn’t working for you.
Make sure you let the foam rise for 72hrs. Apparently there may be an odor after opening it, but I haven’t noticed anything or it already dissipated. (I also didn’t actually wait the 72hrs but had no issues)

Pensavo meglio ma come molti altri testati nessun è in grado di tenere bassa la temperatura vicino al collo e testa… Questi sono un po’ più piccoli dello standard italiano, morbidi, abbastanza alti e la sensazione di riposo è positiva solo che in estate bastano meno di 30 gradi e non fanno il loro lavoro… Sarebbe da 3 stelle ma la qualità, la morbidezza e consistenza gli hanno permesso la stella in più…

At first for my wife and I bought this pillow is quite nice one side hot one side cold, however a couple weeks of past and now we both find the pillows are just hot in meaning having to get ice packs sweating horribly.

I removed almost half the filling in these pillows to make them a better height for side sleeping. The first few weeks I really enjoyed them. The filling started clumping and have found the pillows quite lumpy.
