I have been taking this for almost a month. Prior to this I was having chest pains, thinking that was a result of stress. Since taking my Apple Watch has told me that for the last 3 weeks my resting heart rate has dropped by 14 bpm. I simply take this first thing in the morning and it’s a flavorful way to start my day. At first I didn’t love the price but comparing it to the price of liquid IV that I was paying for, I would much rather spend it on this that I am seeing a result from.

Very calming, my only problem is how expensive this stuff is. It’s great for puffiness but definitely drink it before bed otherwise you will be dizzy. Eases stress a ton.

I have been using this for over and month and I’m a fan! I’ve used the single servings and the bulk tub and I’ve found them both super easy to use. I put it in a shaker cup with out the whisk ball and I’ve had no clumping and I LOVE the taste – kind of wish there was a non supplement option so I can drink it throughout the day- I take this about 15 minutes before I garden at night and it has been a game changer, sleep has improved and I’m so glad I found this product!

I had high hopes seeing all the tiktoks and the ingredients seemed promising but I think this was such a waste. Taste was bearable. Main concern was the headaches I’d get no matter what time of the day I would drink it. I drank it an hour before working out just to help me relax and it did quite the opposite, with the headache I was irritable and just didn’t enjoy my workout. I tried it an hour before trying to sleep another day and same thing happened. I wasn’t able to sleep even after taking a pain killer. Made me even a bit jittery and did not at all “calm” me. Especially for the price range? I’m going to issue a refund
