Price really jumped up. Last order I got two bottles for this same price. But the product is really good. Very soft, fresh, great flavor. Some nights I just can’t turn my brain off to fall asleep. Normally I only need to eat one chew (3mg). Works great to relax me and shut my brain off so I can fall asleep.

I usually take 10mg of melatonin at night to help me fall asleep. I bought this product for my son since it was a lower dose than what i take and i had also read good things about LTheanine for kids who sometimes have difficulty with staying focused. I actually only give him one gummy instead of two. It works great for my son. He literally falls asleep within 15 minutes of lights out and he has no sleepy side effects during the day. I decided to try them for myself one night and ive found that these work just as well as the higher dose of melatonin i usually use. Im not sure if its the combination of the melatonin with the LTheanine vs melatonin by itself but ive continued taking these after i ran out of my usual. And an added bonus is they actually taste pretty good.

I highly recommend these for adults. I bought them however for my 8 and 6 year olds. These are not right for kids. Trust me, I’ve done a lot of research and talked to their doctor about melatonin and try very hard not to abuse it or unnecessarily give it to them. No matter what I did, I could not get my daughter to go to sleep any earlier than 11 pm on a school night and it was starting to hurt her productivity at school. That is when the doctor recommended a low dose of melatonin. It worked exceedingly well, and I buy it in gummy form because one gummy is only an adult half dose. I bought these because I ran out of my bottle of Natrol strawberry gummies and wanted to go with a slightly cheaper version. Unfortunately, these completely wipe the kids out. It does put them to sleep easily, but then they’re super tired through the next day. I got a call from my daughter’s teacher saying she was out of it and a note from my son’s teacher saying he wouldn’t pay attention and was very sleepy, which was very unusual. I always try what my kids take to make sure of how it works, and these were perfect for an adult. I noticed with other gummies, they put me to sleep nicely and then I’m up 3 hours later and not really tired. These kept me tired, which was great for me, not so great for the kids. I’ll definitely keep these for me, but will go back to the Natrol for the kids.

I bought this and didn’t expect much because I’ve taken melatonin and it really did nothing for me. However I took a full dose and found out very quickly that I needed to half the dose if I took them too late. I overslept and was on the struggle bus half the morning. I only take a half dose during the week and only if I remember by 10pm. Otherwise, I tend to oversleep. They work for me…so I recommend

This is a great product, for both adult and children (with DR advice). I use this for my 3 yr old, (with pediatrician instruction) and for myself.
Each gummy is 1.5MG, adding up to 3mg total when you take two. They’re delicious, fast acting, and long lasting. I have a sleep disorder and do not produce melatonin on my own. They’ve helped me sleep better, but not wake up groggy like sleep medications, do. I even have a newborn and am able to get up easily through the night to attend to him, and then fall right back to sleep with only one dose when we first lie down. We’ve been using this product for several months now, and I definitely like it better than other’s I’ve used (I’ve needed melatonin for several years).
For my 3 yr old, they’re the perfect mg with just 1 gummy. They are star and moon shaped which is visually appealing, they taste great, and work quickly to help keep her on routine. We limit use to major changes, but at least because of their appeal, she never denies it.

These are fantastic! Regular melatonin alone didn’t seem to work for me or my fiance. I tried some of these at a family member’s house while visiting and wow! It puts you into this calm state and you calmly drift to sleep every time! It must be the L-Theanine. We bought a bottle and finished it between us both. He only needs 1 usually I take 1-2 depending on the night. I’m on a medication that makes it very hard to sleep at night so this is a life saver for me. 😊 It’s bringing back some normality to my sleeping schedule. And at only $6 a bottle it’s a great price to pay for a good nights sleep! We both wake up feeling better daily and plan to buy this normally for our nightstand. The flavor is a little odd but it doesn’t taste bad. It’s very fruity. Tropical fruity. Pineapple I believe. We definitely recommend to anyone with anxiety or insomnia.

Update: This last order one of the bottles had very dark gummies. I don’t feel comfortable using these and they are not returnable. Wish I could get a replacement at least.
My 10yr old son takes one of these everynight, sometimes two when he needs it, he likes the taste, and will usually fall asleep around 30 min after. I like that they aren’t too strong and can just take one or two and it works. I will say that my last order, I ordered two bottles and the gummies seemed a bit old, they were a little harder to chew and color was a bit different. But he is still taking them and they still work, so not going to complain. Also this is the best price I’ve found!
