It does work well initially. But stops working really early in the mornings. Still, much much better than any other melatonin

Tried once, nothing. However I am really used to prescription sleeping pills . I was hoping this would be an alternative, but it wasn’t. I’ll try one more time.

A good night’s sleep has been evading me for years. This is one supplement that I’m glad I found. Unlike most melatonin, it seems the more often you take it, you eventually need to increase your dose. When I got to 10 mg melatonin (in gummy form) it eventually stopped being effective. This is different and is a time-release form. The pill is not too big and shaped so it’s relatively easy to swallow. I started using this and found I slept better throughout the night. (Used to be if I could fall asleep, I’d wake up around 3 am, but couldn’t get back to sleep.). With this supplement, it’s easier to get back to sleep and falling asleep isn’t as difficult as it used to be. It’s a keeper and, if you have trouble with sleep, it’s the first product in my sleep toolbox that I’d recommend. There are a lot of sleep products out there and some are not friendly to the fixed income seniors like myself. Spend your money on this one, it won’t break the bank!

I used to buy their old and cheaper formula (Nature Made Sleep Melatonin 3 mg with L-Theanine 200 mg) which was great. Well this knocked me out but I woke up extremely tired, thirsty with a headache and swollen tongue – clear allergic reaction to some other ingredient in this drug. I wish they would bring back the old formula.
