Magnesium is the one vitamin I will take consistently everyday. I instantly feel the impacts, and taking 1 or 2 at bed makes me sleep so much better. These are great, I have purchased a few times now. They are a great product and price.

I’m a Vegetarian for 52 years and 77 years old. I’m in excellent health, get a physical exam every year at the VA, and the Dr can’t find anything in my blood makeup which isn’t within the tolerances. So, I must be doing something correct. This Magnesium supplement might have something to do with it , as I have been taking one 250mg every day for years, just as a backup incase I don’t get enough from my normal diet. I’m involved in doing very strenuous physical work in my garden and also doing cement construction.

I’ve taken Magnesium on and off for years and I am so happy with these! Other magnesium pills I’ve tried have been too big and/or have a chalky texture that makes them difficult to swallow. These however are in a gel pill form and aren’t too big, so they are super easy to swallow, which I really appreciate!

I would be half awake the whole night! It was dreadful. So I looked into ways to help with sleep while pregnant. No a pregnancy pillow doesn’t help. One of these pillow right before I go to bed helps me sleep all through the night. I only seem to wake up when I have to pee. I plan on taking these when I’m not pregnant. I have been very happy not having to toss and turn a lot. I highly recommend.
