As someone who hasn’t been sleeping well since January of 2024 because I couldn’t get my Zolpidem ER 12.5mg I wasn’t sure of how well it would work. Had been prescribed something instead of Zolpidem but since it wasn’t the extended release it did not help at all. Was told to add melatonin to the current medication but happened upon this item. Have been taking the Natrol B-12 for several years and was really pleased so decided to try their Advanced Sleep Time Release Melatonin. It is amazing without even taking the other prescription sleep aid. Will definitely keep buying this!!

I love this brand. Arrived safely however, for some reason Melatonin does not works with me. I use it for when I’m feeling stressed, it calms me down. Of course I don’t drive while I’m using this.

I’ve had trouble sleeping for some time, and have tried many brands of melatonin. The time-released melatonin tablets are by far the best Ive tried. My search is finally over – these are the ones for me!

I like this brand and have been buying other supplements they have. Good product for the money. My doctor recommended the time release so that I can sleep through the night. While I do wake up during the night ‘sometimes’ I go right back to sleep. Too, I does help me fall asleep quicker.

This Melatonin worked well for me. I’ve tried other products that are Benadryl like ingredients and they knock me out and I feel drowsy in the morning. This got me to sleep pretty quick 30 minutes or so and I slept most the night. Granted I’m an older guy and need to pee a few times throughout the night and yet am able to get back to sleep after getting up. IMO everyone has different sleep patterns and has stuff going through their heads so this is not some kind of knockout product, it works ok for me but might not provide what some are looking for. Just got to try it and see.
