Blanket is very comfortable. I thought it was going to be very heavy but it’s perfect.
Healing Matters –
Obviously it’s not lead – but the size and shape are like the weight of a lead vest at the dentist. Nice that it’s not a full weighted blanket, as those give me nightmares and hot flashes. Just small enough to feel like a little hug. I wish it a more traditional shape (or at least symmetrical both vertically and horizontally), but I like it. It’s sort of a shield/leaf shape.

I initially got this weighted blanket for my teenager to try out however she didn’t like the look of it so I started using it. I weigh 160 and am 5’4″ and find it to be a nice weight; it would be nice if it was a little heavier but you feel the weight of it and it accomplishes the goal. I use it for sleeping and while I don’t move a lot in my sleep my husband does – when he tried it he said it wound up in a ball however, I sleep like a corpse so, for me, it lays flat on top of me and sometimes migrates to the center of my body. If you move a lot in your sleep you will want a larger blanket than this. The exterior shell is not plush or attractive but it does look exactly as pictured. Since the exterior isn’t removable cleaning doesn’t seem possible beyond spot treating so if that is a concern you may want to figure out a cover of some kind. I have another lap-sized weighted blanket that I also use for sleep and find that to be a little more desirable as it doesn’t have a tapered design like this one and the exterior is more plush. For the price I think there are better options out there but I will absolutely continue to use this as it does get the job done!

It is perfect for my needs. I also have a full-size weighted blanket but struggle to get out of bed after using it. I wanted something that would give me the fell but wouldn’t make it hard to get up. This was a pretty good middle

Perfect size for dragging from couch to bed or to snuggle up in a chair with. Before using I thiught the shape was odd but realized it is to lighten the weight and I like that it can cover.legs while allowing feet to not be weighted down. Found I use in bed when warm out as the 20 pounder is quite hot. Fabric is soft but not 2 sided slick/velvety as z gravity one) which is nice b/c doesn’t slip off and being small doesnt really need a cooling side. Great for the price and plan to purchase for xmas gifts

Got this for myself because I have restless legs and when I am sitting doing crafts it keeps my legs comfortable so I don’t have to get up every ten minutes and can enjoy crafting so much more.

Blanket is well made BUT it is shaped weird; it is not a rectangle blanket (like I anticipated) but looks like a rectangle blanket with a head on it. UGH. I would return except the picture shows the weird shape (I thought that it was just draped that way when I ordered it; it was my fault for not looking closer).
