Bought this for my bro, he was complaining about waking up with a stiff neck and back aches. This pillow has made his mornings so much better. The pillow is firm but soft. It’s thick enough to support your head and molds itself to accommodate your head, and then comes back to its regular state. Perfect height for him. Definitely worth the coins.

I ordered this memory foam pillow three nights ago, and have used it for two nights. It is advertised to be good for side sleepers, which I am. I have used it for two nights in a row and both nights I have woken up with stretched, painful, and knotted muscles. One night was so bad I had to have the muscle physically worked out by a therapist. I am in so much pain in my back and neck right now, that I don’t even know how I’m going to function. I have NO history of pinched nerves, muscle strains, or anything like that. With two nights of this happening in a row, I believe it is the pillow. I will be returning this pillow for a full refund as soon as I can find something more suitable.

Pillow preference is definitely subjective. I slept on this for 2 nights, hoping I could get used to it. I need something much softer. I usually sleep with a down alternative pillow, so I am used to being able to kind of “hug” a pillow. I was hoping this would work better for my allergies since I wake most mornings with a sinus headache. I will be in search of a softer memory foam, or latex pillow.

This is an interesting pillow. When I opened it and let it decompress for a few hours, I was surprised that it had a strong chemical smell. I put it outside for a night (where it couldn’t get wet) and the smell was gone by morning. I bought it because I have a large, sensitive scar on my head, from surgery. I can’t lay on that side yet, but I’m hopeful that it will soften up from use in time. I like it for the other side of my head, and even for the back. I’ll keep it anyway. If you don’t have sensitivity on your head, this will be a great pillow for side sleepers.

If you like a firm memory foam pillow, you may like this. I was hoping it would be a little softer. I could not sleep on it, but others may like it. I was not disappointed with the quality of it. Just wanted to chime in about it being very firm.
