Does not look like picture
This item is NOT fluffing up at all. I’ve tried air only dryer, shaking and laying flat to fluff. The topper looks like a thin piece of paper. I did however change my rating due to excellent customer service from the seller.

Impressed
I wasn’t sure what to expect due to the price being so much less than other name brands but I have been shocked how much of a difference this pad makes. I have a king size bed and it fits perfect and doesn’t get bunched up or lumpy. The material is also, better quality than I expected amd cooling to the touch, doesn’t trap in heat. My husband and I have a difference between soft and hard mattresses and this was a perfect compromise. No noise from the fabric and considering we use our bed more than any couches, we and our dogs spend a significant amount of time on the bed and I am very impressed that it still looks and feels brand new. Definitely recommend- quality and comfort are well worth the very reasonable price.

Pick this one!
I highly recommend this mattress pad.My son was saying that his bed was too hard , that it wasn’t comfortable enough so I started looking for an affordable (single mom here !) yet quality thick mattress topper.I finally decided on this one based on the price and reviews.It’s amazing and my son went on and on about how much he loved it, how soft his bed is now…my 10 year old son was this excited about not gaming or toys but …a mattress pad. Haha. I think that’s a pretty good testimony insofar as this product delivering.He’s had it about a week and gets comfortable in bed/falls asleep so much quicker because of this.Money well spent, definitely!

Best sleep in years
My two small children and I sleep together on a King sized Nectar bed. The mattress is comfortable overall but after having to throw away the mattress protector it came with, it became extremely hot to sleep on. It seems like the fabric of the mattress collects a lot of sweat and debris which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on with just a sheet set on top – no matter how frequently the sheets are washed or changed.I wanted to get a mattress protector simply to help the feeling of a high temperature on the mattress, I was not expecting any added comfort. This mattress protector completely shocked me.Not only does it add a very noticeable but light plush to the bed, it makes the sheets feel crispier and more comfortable. It’s very breathable so far. No sweating at night like before and no need to remove clothes or drop the temperature of the house to be comfortable. Just fluffy, smooth comfort.My children are sleeping longer and much more cozy. This is a game changer in Texas heat. My kids and I choose to sleep together (they’re still small and don’t want to be in their rooms alone) and this has made it so much more enjoyable.Will update if anything changes.

Solved waking up middle of the night
My bed used to hold body heat and I would wake up middle of the night feeling very hot. This solved the problem, I am no longer waking up. If you feel hot due to other reasons, this may not help.

Barely good, not great. Barely soft, not “so soft” or “ultra soft”
If you’ve never had an experience with a mattress topper, this is my second experience. I bought this under the intention of replacing my current mattress topper that is truly, SUPER SOFT, and filled my intention of having a plush, super soft mattress topper. My current “topper”, no longer – I said bye-bye to it – was all I had hoped since I have a firm mattress, and no plush top. The brand I had is no longer made.Age and washing my current mattress topper is why I am looking for a new topper. The mattress topper was super heavy and barely made it to my washing machine and should’ve gone to a commercial washer but I loved it and I had a few years and it was truly, plush, thick and super soft!!!I will keep this Mateby version. I am adding other layers on top of this Mateby topper to further protect the mattress topper and mattress and add “soft & plush “ levels. Hence, I am OK with keeping this, but it is good, barely 2.5 stars, I am generous and gave it 3 stars.I was looking for a soft mattress topper, but not as thick as what I had on my bed, which was a good 3 inches of soft, fluffy, thick filling. This mattress topper you’re looking at is not thick, barely soft, nor super fluffy. I would say it’s barely 1 inch thick, if that, and loosely filled. How can you tell this just looking at the information THEY, the manufacturer, provide?Do your homework. Look at the weight of the product and the GSM of a product, what is GSM? Grams/square meter. GSM will tell you how thick a product is, how heavy a product is, how durable a product is, how thick it is or verify what the manufacturer says it is. The GSM on this product is pretty low and indicates to me it is not thick or push. My goal was to have a soft, not super plush/heavy topper that is easier to handle and wash in a home washing machine, and add other protective layers on top of the topper to help with the softness and protection. Do not trust that this will protect your mattress. Don’t read everything that the manufacture tells you. They list in the title “protector” it does not protect. Look at the info below:“Water resistance level”: Not water resistant. “Special Feature:” Durability, ResistantResistant to what? Stupid people?I’m adding another layer of protection over this for cooling and breathability and protects everything underneath it including my mattress. This “topper” is not a mattress protector. I don’t feel it is, I read it isn’t, and now know it more so, owning this product.It serves, my purpose, could be a little bit more plush and fluffy, is 4.8 lbs so I knew it was easy to handle and wasn’t as thick. You can see that in the information, but, their “new version” is over 10 pounds, which tells me it’s most likely thicker and plush. It screams it from the info they provided and it’s on sale. Go get the new version if you are looking for a thick, plush, soft, and that it meets OKEO standards.The bottom line, this product is barely soft and plush. If you’re looking for soft and plush, this product is not for you. If you’re looking for cotton, this product is not for you. I love cotton, this product is OK at best. I prefer cotton. This version/brand is a topper and barely serves its purpose the manufacturer is telling you “believe us.” Definitely not a mattress protector, nor should you expect it to help your back problems.DO. YOUR. HOMEWORK. Everyone has different needs. Look at the info they provide, the best and worst reviews and go with what’s best for your goals. You might have to invest more money, but in the end it’ll be worth it for you. People saying this is super plush and soft; not even close!!!You owe it to yourself to invest your time, research, since most of these manufacturers have contradictions and lies in their copy. This one does. Some of the reviews are horrifying – pray that is not you, scary. Good luck!

Nice mattress topper
This is definitely fine for the price however it doesn’t lend a lot of support. It definitely is waterproof and soft and will protect your mattress and is lightweight. I gave 4 stars because the material is slippery and it does slide around. However the pockets are very deep and stretchy so it will fit the deepest of mattresses. Mine is 20 inches and it fits great with room to spare.

It is what it is
I know what to expect. The product pictures are a little misleading. But I am happy. It is more of a glorified mattress protector. And that’s what I thought it was going to be. It does have a little padding and it gives a little comfort. And that’s what I expected, the quality is good and it fits my deep pocketed mattress. Overall, I’m happy.

So soft
Honestly even better than expected. It looks like it isn’t that quilted when it comes out of the vacuum seal but it’s so nice and soft! It really adds a little something to my new bed. Definitely recommend. I bought a medium firm euro top mattress and opted to skip a memory foam topper or too soft of a pillow top (hence the medium firm choice) to grab this instead and I’m much more comfy now.

Helps prevent super hot memory foam beds
I bought this only for the purpose to help stop the extreme hotness of my memory foam bed. This mattress pad helps a lot to reduce how hot my memory foam bed gets. The bed gets so hot I feel like a burning oven on the inside. This definitely helps cut that down. The only thing I want to mention (which is no bother to me) is that it does not look like the pictures main pictures. This mattress pad is practically flat with slight height. Please look at the customers pictures to see in actuality.
