Magnesium glycinate has been part of our nightly sleep routine for months now. When I started menopause I stopped sleeping and magnesium supplements have been helping me take back my sleep routine.
Vinatura magnesium is 500 mg magnesium and 5 mg melatonin. My husband is able to take one capsule at night and has a lot of success, but I have found the 500 mg unfortunately makes me groggy in the morning.
I do like that Vinatura is third party tested and they add melatonin to their magnesium which has been recommended to us by my husband’s pulmonologist.

I normally take 1 Melatonin and 1 Magnesium with a cup of tea before bed every night. I really dislike taking pills so if I can minimize the amount of pills taken, all the better. When I read that the serving size of this supplement was 2 capsules, my heart sank because I was hoping to get 2 for 1 in a pill. But instead I still have to take 2 pills at night. I am already getting L-theanine in my tea so I think I will just go back to my 2 separate pills (1 Melatonin and 1 Magnesium) with a cup of tea after I finish this bottle.

I have tried many different sleep products and I have to say that this one is different. I like the fact that is is all natural since I’d rather not take the pharmaceutical kind if I don’t have to. I feel like I sleep solid and I tend to fall back asleep faster if I need to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Also, I don’t feel groggy when I wake up. However, I seem to be waking up a little earlier than I used to, but I’m fine with that since I feel rested and like I slept good. I would definitely recommend these!

It’s been very useful for me when I take it about an hour before bed. It helps with my dream recall and also induces a state of minor relaxation. Be mindful also that it helps your stools and to induce movements, so you may need to use the bathroom several times a day if you take too much. Overall it’s been great!
Magna –
A very good sleep aid complex to help not be so restless falling asleep. I have been trying a lot of magnesium variations to find one that works for me. This is definitely top 3 for me.

Decided t o give this a try. One of my main reasons for going with Vinatura’s Magnesium complex was the additional supplements such as melatonin & L-Theanine. MY doctor suggested finding a supplement such as this to help with soreness and trouble relaxing before bed. So far I feel as tho I’ve noticed some changes, mostly in the mornings. I seem to wake up and am able to get active a bit sooner. While still experiencing some pains & issues, I feel as though my joints aren’t as stiff and I’m able to get my day started a little easier.
