I like the taste and texture very much – my new favourite gummies! However pay attention – it has to be stored in a cooler place so that the gummies don’t stick to each other (we maintain temperature around 70 Fahrenheit in our room and apparently it’s a little too hot). Another thing is that I have to take 2 gummies instead of one – so I would love the manufacturer to create a stronger version to cover my magnesium needs. But overall it’s a great magnesium supplement.

Great taste and the perfect dosage for my needs. Has a natural raspberry taste and no “supplement” aftertaste. I’ve had a noticeable improvement in my sleep (I fall asleep faster and am able to stay asleep throughout the night without waking up as often) since starting to take these. I like that the serving size is 1 gummy, which helps limit my sugar intake but also makes them enjoyable to take, which helps me remember to take it daily. The only complaint I have is that they stick together easily and I have to use a fork to take them out of the bottle sometimes, but that might be my fault since I store them in my warm/humid kitchen (but I have to store them there, otherwise I’ll just forget to take them lol).

I have to take 3 a day because my body is a “magnesium waster”.
So much easier than taking 9 capsules throughout the with water. Plus I end up waking up in the night to pee when I take capsules before bed.
These taste like candy and are simple to grab and chew on.
The only thing I wish were different is that they tend to stick together. But if you reach your finger in they break apart pretty easily. Wish there was a bulk bottle with the amount I have to eat. 1 bottle only lasts me 20 days.
