This is a great oil! I have taken these ingredients separately, however to have them combined makes it much easier. I’m all about saving my liver 😉. I take 1/2 of the dropper of this oil, as for me (115 lbs), it was rather strong. But that is me, everyone is different, it’s not the suggested dosage. If I wake up later, I take another 1/2 of dropper if needed. But it seems to do the trick for me. Give it a try!!

I used about 1/4 of the dropper under the tongue and it didn’t have a bad taste at all. I actually liked it the mixed berry flavor. To me it was very very mild and a good taste. Shake well and use it to relax during the day time. I find I like ashwagandha, chamomile and valerian root during the day or afternoon to relax but don’t take too much to sleep.

These drops helped me fall asleep which is what I needed but it tastes horrible.
